KFC

First time here and I will probably never come back here again. The service is incredibly slow, I waited for over 30 mins total. Took us more than 20 mins waiting in the drive through to just order food. Then another 10 – 15 mins to just wait for your order. Erg yeah, not coming here again.

This KFC /​Taco Bell is less than a half mile from my home where I grew up all my life. Yes, I know all about the bad chickens from KFC, but that is not what I want to write about.
This KFC has Taco Bell attached and that was what really went downfall before Taco Bell partnered up with KFC. The foods from this place are not too bad. Everything was tolerable for a lunch or a dinner on the lazy days.
The service is what I always had problems with. Sometimes, the service was a three star and sometimes ZERO. The ordering part is the MAJOR problem at this restaurant. The staffs in there are wackos and they do not give a fuck if they fucked up your order. They will look at you like you were some crazy bastard for complaining about the messed up order. I am used to the people like them in the area, though, but still… I was paying for my food and I respected them and then I got shit on.
I am deaf, so I depend on the writing for the orders. So probably 90% of the staffs in there are illiterate. I had to finger point at the pictured menu to make my order more clearly for them, even for their manager.
No matter how the service is for you at this KFC, ALWAYS CHECK THE FOOD BEFORE LEAVE, so you can correct the orders. I guarantee you it will happen to you almost every damn time.
