He’s friendly, personable, and genuinely invested from the jump. Traits of a good doctor. His staff leaves something to be desired. There is a really nice woman who should be the first point of contact, but instead there’s this receptionist who is very despondent and too soft-​spoken.
I had a livingsocial deal for three spinal decompressions and a 60-​minute massage. The massage therapist was aloof and delayed. For some unknown reason, it hadn’t been made clear to her that I was her next appointment, as we sat together for over 10 minutes in the waiting area and closing time drew near. And then my massage was only 40 minutes long; this I know for certain and asked, «Has it been an hour already?» She replied, «Um, about that.»
I understand they close at eight, but had my massage started on time, I wouldn’t have been stiffed, right?
I don’t think I’ll ever return, but they do have good packages for people that need continuous treatment for chronic pain at very reasonable prices. Just ask Dr. Schirmer for more details.
