Let me start off by saying I have traveled the country for the last 10 years of my life and have used several storage facilities and never had an issue. I just received an email from this company stating they are increasing my current rate from 48.00 to 54.00 per month. If I had know that they were going to do that I could have chosen a far better facility than this one to rent from. If I had been here for a long period of time I could understand but I have only been here a few months. Fortunately, I am back in Virginia so I can relocate my belongings to another facility and am palling on doing so immediately. This is not the type of business practices that I want to support with my hard earned money even if I have to spend half a day making the transfer. It will be worth it!

First time going to this storage place. Very friendly and clean facilities. Very impressive units and grounds. Staff was very pilot and helped us with in seconds as we walked in. Loved how clean and we’ll organize the facilities were. I will definitely tell my friends about this place. Thank you so much.

John and Darrin are two of the friendliest men you’ll meet. I made a reservation online for a unit, the next morning Darrin called me to let me know that the unit was first come first served and because it was the last unit of that particular size to come in as soon as I could. I told him I would be there as soon as I got off work. I showed up and it just so happened that someone before me was interested in the same size. I was so very grateful when John had mentioned that he knew I was coming in and saved it for me. I really appreciate all their efforts to assist me and their friendly customer service.
The location is perfect for me and I will have to say that the grounds are very well kept and the building itself looks very nice :)
