Chipotle Mexican Grill

The worst chipotle I’ve ever had. It’s so u sanitary. The first time I went in there after seeing people leaving the line and returning with the same gloves I left. This time I saw pans being poured into other pans and drip-​page from the bottom of the pan. This should have been a deterrence but I really was craving it. When I finally ate my food I was pissed. I would surely suggest not to ever enter this place. Probably will not be eating any chipotle for a while. Like years

Wasn’t that great. This location sucks :(The portions are very small and not piled up high like other Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to.

It was good food until I got Food poisoning from this location. I don’t recommend it.

I’ve been here twice via a mobile order I placed and each time I showed up my order wasn’t ready.
The most recent time I had to clean my own table and that honestly was a huge bummer. You’d assume someone would come around and clean the tables on a more regular basis.
The tofu quality has gone downhill so thank goodness I switched to chicken which is much more flavorful.

I just tried it yesterday and I’m hook good if your a traveler and you don’t eat fast food like McDonald’s or Burger King. A great solution if your on the road.

I love Chipotle, just not this location. I only came in here because I received a free burrito coupon in the mail and it is the closest location to me, unfortunately. Every time I come in here, the service is slow, employees are not friendly, and I always see employees goofing off, taking breaks together at 5pm on a Friday dinner rush, talking to each other, etc. all while customers are waiting. Tonight, I asked for a kids quesadilla and then one of the employees was clearly annoyed with me when he handed me a regular quesadilla and I spoke up and told him I requested a kids size. Then I get home and my guacamole was brown and not fresh. Even when I make my own guacamole I can make it last a few hours before browning, so how old was this stuff!!! Yuck! This will be the last time I visit here.

Trying to make up for giving people food poisoning with free burritto coupons! All is forgiven.

For years I have searched for a burrito that could quench my insatiable hunger. At long last I have stumbled upon what can only be described as the single most important innovation by man since the discovery of fire. That celestial presence brought down from the heavens is the Chipotle burrito. I have never before experienced such Tex/​Mex elation! Upon entering this shining pinnacle of tortilla wrapped sensuality I knew immediately I had been transported to the promised land. A perfectly organized, we’ll oiled assembly line of burrito greatness. I saddled up to the most comfortable stool that has ever graced my weary hind parts and began my dive into glory. Half way through my journey to the center of the Earth sized burrito I broke out into a cold sweat. «Can I finish?» I thought to myself. Knowing that I must make my way through this behemoth of a meal or be forced to turn in my burrito aficionado badge that was hard won on the arid Plains near the shores of Nicaragua, after a week long battle through a 100 burrito challenge that would test the mettle of the greatest of heroes. I pressed on despite my more delicate sensibilities. Finally, after an arduous battle of wills, I was named the victor. My hard fought battle won, I found my way to the exit. My solitary regret was that I was unable to locate the new beverage I have heard such chatter about as of late. I believe they refer to it as «E Cola». But for now I must cut my musings short, as I feel a strange rumbling deep in the bowels of my gut that I must attend to.

Portion sizes always on the small side. Most Chipotle locations always sound really loud to me, but the music in this particular location is just obnoxious. I feel like I’m in the club because we have to shout everything in order to be heard over the music.

Not gonna let a little bit of food poisoning across the chipotle country stop me from getting my grub on. Had a chicken burrito bowl with the usual toppings, black beans, brown rice, corn, medium salsa. It was just like every other chipotle. Good fast and fresh. This particular chipotle seems to be very exact in there measurements where as others seem to give you more meat in each bowl. Nothing to complain about you get what you pay for.

LOVE IT. Lunch or dinner I’m all about it. Quick service even when the line is long. The line is super long at lunch. It is near a mall and shopping centers.
I get the Burrito Bowl every time. Add guacamole for a premium price of about $ 2. The chicken and all of the bowl ingredients are consistently fresh and delicious. And you get so much for your money. Oh how I wish there was a location near my job so that I could get a healthy, filling, affordable meal quickly. I have never been disappointed. And if you aren’t a hefty eater I guarantee you could share a bowl with a friend.
Dine in. Outdoor seating. Or take it home.

Every Time I go here their chicken is always burnt and today rice was cold. Not very good! And most of the time dirty. I hate that this is the only chipotle near by me, I only go back because its the closest. But after what I had today. So done.

I have been to this location several times and have experienced long lines and slow service every time. I really believe the long lines are a result of delays in food production, poor productivity and lack of concern by both the employees and the management. This Friday, after waiting in line for 10 minutes and moving barely 5 feet, I left, never to return to that location. Chipotle certainly has redefined the term fast food. I would rather go to a restaurant, sit down, order a meal and enjoy it, in the time it takes to wait in line for a bowl at Chipotle.

I watched the uninterested high school student who served my friend guac proceed to give me about half of the same amount she put in the 4oz cup. When I said something she argued with me. I was watching. Why argue? Next time I’ll get it in the cup so I don’t get $.50 worth of guacamole. Actually next time I just won’t go to this chipotle.

Let me start by saying that I love chipotle as a whole I really do. I am super sad that they do not have carnitas right now but I understand. But my review is of my most recent experience here. I came here today for an early dinner. I ordered my food online through the app. It told me that the earliest my food would be ready was 4:30. I ordered my food before 4. I was ok with this because I just knew that my food was going to be ready and perfect. I arrived at the store promptly at 4:30 to pick up my food but it wasn’t ready. Ok I’ll wait. Half of my order came soon but I waited and extra 20 mins for the other half of my online order. I was very upset. The was in fact wrapped around as chipotle gets sometimes but for people whom came in after me to leave before me… I was baffled. It was 4 things not 6 or 8. So now I have waited a total hour for food that could have taken 10mins. Why are we having an order online option if it is not being executed properly.

I will be a happy camper when they start offering grilled or sautéed mushrooms and onions as an option. I do not have any interest in the sofritas but I think it’s great they offer this for folks who don’t want to eat meat. It would also be great if they would season the beans. The beans are very bland.

There is always a long line, but it moves fairly quickly. The burritos and bowls are tasty and freshly prepared in front of you. This location hosts numerous school fundraiser events. I’ve already been to 3 this school year. If they added sweet tea, it would be even better. My daughter loves this place and I like to grab a quick lunch here occasionally.

The line was long but it moved pretty quickly and they give a good poerion size of food, the employees was extremely nice I would come back to this location anytime!

*sigh* Ugh, I hate to admit that I eat from here more often than I should. Usually it’s just because I am pressed for time and it’s so much easier than cooking and cleaning. I also support their environmental stance and appreciate the fact that they source food locally when possible and avoid all the poisons that are added to most fast foods.
BUT…this location. Eh. This is definitely a hit or miss and more often than not a MISS. I think tonight will be the last time for a long time that I frequent here. I ordered two salads online and when my husband arrived home with them, I almost wondered if they even put anything in the bowls because they were so light. Much to my dismay, when I took the top off, I had a MICRO SALAD! That’s not even on their menu. My husband asked me if it was him or if they keep making them smaller and smaller. I noticed that another reviewer stated that when you order online, they are portion bullies. I couldn’t agree more.
This is not my only complaint. One time I had my granddaughter over and went to order online. They do not have the children’s menu online so you can’t order the kid’s meals online. When I called to ask them to include it in the online order, they told me they don’t take orders on the phone… lol. Oh em gee… really? That defeats the whole purpose of ordering online if you have to go and stand in line to order the kids meal anyway.
Most of the time I will ask that they NOT put the salsa on it (because they douse it and I like salsa with my food, not vice versa) and I get it drenched in salsa. Often times the rice is not fully cooked. I could go on and on, but you get the gist. Why do I continue to put myself through this?
They do get two stars for getting it right IF you go in and order. How hard can that be when you have someone standing over you and pointing it out?
Well, that’s my review for tonight. Obviously I didn’t enjoy my dinner and felt the need to share.

i eat chipotle a lot bc its something i know i like and its close to my job.
I hate this location. they are slow, they make your order wrong when you order online & they are portion bullies. they dont give you enough meat, why are you giving me half a spoon of chicken? why? its very annoying and i can promise if there was another location closer i would never come in.
