I’m not sure what the hell was happening in B&BW today, but it was sheer chaos. People(assuming new hires) were clogging up the store with massive binders, discussing scent profiles. Just get outta the way — I’m trying to get ahold of the scent you’re breaking down by aroma science. In the 20 minutes I was in the store, no less than 4 employees hounded me about deals and specials. By the time the last employee approached, I felt like screaming that I would buy what I wanted to buy. Your sales be damned! I stood in line for 10 minutes before being asked to move to a different line by 1 employee. Of course, 3 people that had been behind me were checked out first. Frustrated much? Yup! Had she let us feed into the next available spot as we were lined up, it would have worked much better. Not a good call by the woman in the blue apron who thought she was a better traffic director than I was. And of course, when you finally get to check out, you are hounded again with«You should buy 2 more of these because you get 100% off and we will lovingly spray you with every scent at once while we flash you our creepiest smile.» I’ll stick with shopping online from now on.

I liked my cashier Teressa. I noticed the unique spelling of her name on her badge. I told here the extra ‘s’ in her name must be for super special and we had a laugh.
