Difficult to schedule appointment

DO NOT PURCHASE THE GROUPON! I purchased a groupon. He insisted on getting my voucher number over the phone, which is not the way groupons are supposed to work. He then marked it redeemed and told me he was booked up and wouldn’t give an appointment. This guy is a scam. If you already purchased a groupon, I strongly suggest trying to get a refund.

We purchased a groupon and it was a terrible mistake. You definitely get what you pay for.
I called to schedule and they were very slow once they realized I had a groupon. They told me the location wasn’t convenient. I live in Marlton, I finally got on their schedule and was waiting for them to arrive and they called me to confirm my appointment for the next day. I know for a fact my appointment was on Thursday between 3p-​5pm. So they called me at 3:15pm and say, We are confirming your appointment for tomorrow between 12−2pm. I think they realized they couldn’t make the appointment and made it seem like the appointment is for the next day. Very unprofessional.
I will take a hit on my stupid groupon because I don’t want these people in my house.

I have used Frank’s guys a fair number of times for clients, myself and my mother-​in-​law thought they did a great job. Their carpet cleaning prices are very fair, uhpholstery cleaning a bit high but I don’t have anything to compare it to. Had a giantic sectional cleaned and re-​scotch gaurded for $ 175. No more dog smell or drool marks.
