Women’s Pavilion-Cooper Faculty

Changing gynos. Every time I go in, I wait forever to be seen to only be seen for five minutes. I feel that the doctors are cold and do not take the time to talk with me about any of my questions and do not answer them. I’m simply seen and rushed out. Recently, the nurses have be extremely rude and condescending on the phone when I called excepting an important test result. Moshe simply stated that the doctor will get to it when she gets to it and call me when she can. I had to wait five anxious days for those results. Rude and unprofessional.

The doctors here are fine and are affiliated with Cooper, which is a great hospital. I enjoy seeing my doctor annually; however, the wait time has gotten to the point where I’m considering going elsewhere. Somewhere along the line, this office is not managed properly. You should not have to wait for an hour and 15 minutes to see a doctor for 10 minutes. I don’t know whether it’s an issue of squeezing in too many patients or not efficiently handling the flow, but this is unacceptable to patients (many waiting to go in before me were complaining also). This is not a one time thing either. I’ve experienced this year after year. They need to get it together here or they are going to start losing patients.

I came here for the first time last year after desperately searching for a new OBGYN. It’s part of the Cooper group, so you could have any doctor at any time. I started with Dr. Iavocolli. She was great. Personable, friendly, quick (but thorough). I had to have a few tests done and even though I was worried, she assured me it would all be OK. She really made me feel better.
A month after my first visit, we found out we were pregnant. Now Women’s Pavilion is my 2^nd home. I’ve seen Dr. Chen and Dr. Suarez — both are solid. Great bedside manner and really laid back. My entire prenatal experience has been relaxing and easy. I’ve been seeing Dr. Chen on the regular and love him.
The front desk staff is great as well. I’ll truly miss them once the Fall hits and the baby is here! They’ve become my 2^nd family.
