TGI Fridays

This experience made me not want to go to another Friday’s again… I had the jack Daniel’s new york strip and shrimp with parm. Steak fries mac & cheese. My steak was medium and it’s stiff as a board and super dry. The mac & cheese only get cheese on the top piled with breadcrumbs, which leaves you with the driest mouth ever. The manager. oh yes the manager. We told him the issues, there was no remorse for the poor service, only «ok I’ll take it off the bill». Our server was just as poor as the manager, she didn’t check up on our drinks nor did she return to the table after our food was served to check on us. Our section is so dark, you would think we are about to go to bed our light is blown, an utter mess. oh and I called before I came, and they didnt have hot water and was planning to close earlier that regular time… I’m pretty sure that’s a OSHA violation. that information was courtesy of David. Never againnnnn

OMG! Can you say dirty!!! Gross & dirty & I watched a bartender pour a drink & use her hand for the strainer! Now I have been sitting here watching the water run into a pitcher in the sink for over 10 mins! The waste!

5 stars for service — my husband and I had Tamika as our waitress and she was an absolute doll. She was kind, helpful, quick in service, and had a smile on her face the whole time.

Whatever you do, don’t go here. Thought we’d grab some dinner before a movie. We walked in and there were about 6 people waiting. Soon after we arrived there were about 20 of us waiting. The hostesses didn’t seem to know what they were doing (and I can say that, I was a hostess at Applebee’s once!). There were plenty of empty seats in the place but we proceeded to wait about 15 minutes or so. Fast forward to our meal — we were barely halfway through and the waiter came by to ask if we had time to look at the dessert menu and do we know what we want? Um, I’m still eating my chicken! I told him once we finish up we’ll take a look. 30 minutes passed, our meals had been done for a while and he finally came back to ask again about dessert. Knowing we had to make a movie, I asked for a nutty Irishman coffee and the check. The check came, no coffee. After some time the coffee came and it was black. All that was in it was frangelico, no baileys like the drink recipe that was clearly listed on THEIR drink menu. I stopped him quick and asked if he would mind adding the baileys for the drink I ordered…26 minutes later, still no coffee. We got up and left. Total time at Friday’s = 2.5 hours.

I ordered the Jack Daniels Chicken and it was GREAT! Service was fast and the food was on point. Everything cooked properly. Great place to swing by after watching a movie at the Loews.

Party of 4 went in at 7:30pm and the restaurant and bar were empty. After a 2 minute wait for someone to greet us, a host walked up and grunted «party of 4?» When we said yes, he told us that it will be a 15 minute wait. Needless to say, we’re on our way to another restaurant who hopefully be more welcoming and worthy of our money. Never will return again!

Drink orders came out pretty fast as expected. Our appetizer came out with onions and peppers though we asked to have them removed. Extended the appetizer portion of the outing.
When our correct barbecue chicken flatbread came out, there was hardly any barbecue sauce on it. A total disappointment.
Our entrees came out hot and delicious. I had the grilled salmon and lobster and my love had a steak and shrimp dinner. Really beautifully done. The breaded shrimp was divine.
There was a bit of let down with our server. Seemed like he was stretched a bit thin, working the bar and waiting tables. My second drink order took the first half of the 22^nd century to get.
All in all, it was a decent experience. The place was clean and our server was nice, if not terribly attentive.

I’ve been here so many times, but I am just now getting around to writing a review.
The food is fast, and good. The drinks are original, and very tasty. I don’t really have a favorite dish, as the menu is always changing, which I appreciate, greatly. There is always some type of special going on which makes visits relatively cheap.
I always sit near the bar. Favorite bartender: Rashan. Ask for him, because he is the best. This particular visit we were waited on by Christian. He was GREAT!!!

Gave this location several tries and each time they seem to be more of a disappointment. Last visit the hostess was so rude it was unbelievable, she completely ignored me until I said something to her for the second time. Gave them a second chance on a to-​go order and I knew I should of checked my food before I left. They completely forgot almost my whole meal in the platter. The restaurant was not busy at so I don’t understand how they could mess up on anyone’s order. I am totally done giving this location any more chances.

Hadn’t been to a Friday’s in a while. Decided to go after a long day.
Restaurant wasn’t busy and they couldn’t get us water because they were «waiting for a clean glass»??? What the-​!?
Food also took forever to come out, drinks took long, bill took long, we were over-​charged & had to wait long for that to be corrected as well. SMH– what has happened?! Poor waitress was sweet but she just couldn’t with what she had. Sorry Friday’s– this one needs undercover boss or something.

Unfortunately, I have to add yet another 2 star review to the long list here. Only saving grace, was my waiter Leif (spellcheck). He was friendly, knowledgeable and cool. My food was awful. Seriously, and I actually like some of Fridays food. The date I was on was God awful too so I didn’t send anything back because I wanted this disaster over and done with as soon as possible!
Leif ran down the beer, Liquor and food specials. I ordered a lemonade and the $ 8.99 lunch special where you choose from a house/​Caesar salad or soup paired with a ½ sandwich, some fried offerings etc. I opted for a Caesar salad and the Fridays shrimp n fries. Food was out in less than ten minutes. I sprinkled some black pepper on my salad, tasted it and realized this had absolutely no taste. Little to no dressing, wilted and brown romaine and bruised tomatoes. Kinda looked like leftovers from salads people left on a table. Yikes! No issues with the fried shrimp, those were decent. My fries were overcooked, damn near burnt. Tasted like potato stix that come in the chip bags. No thanks.
I highly doubt I’ll be back to this location. Leif, you were great though and so was the hostess!

The food was good surprisingly! The waitress super slow… Waited a while to be greeted… Drinks 10 min… Apitizers … 7:59 she has the check let’s see how long before she returns. Btw my boys asked for refills and she never took the old glasses.

Ever since the shake-​up that changed the qualified and talented management and staff at this location just over a year ago, the restaurant has gone to pot; an absolute shambles of its former self.
The food portions and quality used to be wonderful.
The staff was great, attentive, and caring about their product and your experience.
And the management was always at the table knowing your names and asking if there was anything that could be done for you and your friends/​family.
Now, the food is over priced, portions are minuscule, the staff could care less about your dining experience, the management is no where to be found, and when they are, they are cold, aloof, and will not do anything to help you out with your dining.
The location is a mess, the stalls in the men’s room smell of urine, the floors are sticky, and the staff is disgusting at best.
Late on Friday and Saturday nights, you can almost take your life in your own hands is you leave when a movie is letting out. Their so called security stands around hitting on the women at smoking and not caring what happens 10 feet away form them in their own parking lot. (Think walking in the city with your wallet hanging out!)
I used to recommend this location to everyone when they were on the ball. Now I tell everyone not to go there, but to go to the new Red Robin around the corner.
Never again will I set foot in this location, it is not worth my time, expense or headache!

Great place if you want to go on a date and mall right after waiters were every kind and friendly towards everyone and the wait was moderate but still a good experience for families and friends. Ask for Tyler when you are here.

The all you can eat appetizers for $ 12 is undeniably a great deal. If you like Friday’s appetizers, go stuff yourself silly. I was surprised and happy about how quickly the appetizers came out. Too often with all you can eat options in chain restaurants it seems like they are playing a game to wait you out. We had out table filled with appetizers throughout the meal.
Now, I am not a big fan of Friday’s food, and only really came for the appetizers because my friend was so excited about the deal. Nothing about the food really changed my mind. The sriracha buffalo wings were alright, but needed more sriracha and less buffalo. … I could go through all of the food here and how it was salty and nothing new and appeared to come from a bag, but that’s what I expect from this sort of place. I’m done.
Servers were very friendly and swift.
If you like Friday’s get the all you can eat appetizer deal.

This review is solely based off of this location only. I love fridays, I go all the time, I’ll just never eat at this one again. Service is awful. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow, it takes forever to just get drinks. Food is either burnt or cold, and the restaurant is not very clean either. Floors are sticky, tables aren’t properly cleaned, and there’s this odd residual smell. I’ll never come back to this location. If you want fridays, I suggest the one in Mt Laurel. Much better.

It’s Friday’s…a good place to grab a bite to eat. I feel like their menu is a bit limited. For some reason I think there should be more on there especially the desserts.

The only restaurant where you have to wait 15 – 20 minutes for a table while surrounded by 15 empty tables (I counted).

The only reason I come here is because of the vanilla bean Cheesecake dessert. it’s been so long that I forgot exactly why… well here it is. Plans fell through for dinner this was one of the only places open, I didn’t feel like doing a sit down so I phoned in a to-​go order for 4 meals, 2 desserts. My sis and I decided to go right away a down a few drinks while our order was being prepared. The first thing that annoys me about this location btw is that they do not have carside to go, you have to go in to pick up your food.
So we headed in straight for the bar, let them know we were waiting on our meal and ordered drinks. Normally I get the Punk Cosmo with the cotton Candy, but they had drink specials so I opted to save some funds and get a mango mojito. Big mistake, it was horrible… And I love liquor, as long as it has liquor in it I’m usually ok, nope not this time. My sister ordered a magarita on the rocks which must have been good because by the time I turned around from going over my order with the guy from the phone she was done and was ordering another, due to the horrid taste of mine, I passed on ordering a second. Shortly after reviewing the order the very friendly waiter told me the order would be out shortly. Like I said it had been quite sometime since I had a meal at Fridays and it seemed they no longer had grilled shrimp everything was friend so I opted for a medium steak. Anyway, at this point the bartender comes back by with no drink, but instead with the bill. She drops it down so fast my sister didn’t even get a chance to remind her about her drink she requested 10 mins ago. I told her not to bother, because our food was coming out. We settled up both bills and headed on our 2 minute ride home.
We get home share out the food, I immediately notice that they forgot my spinach *rolls eyes* I couldv’e swore we went over the order, smh. my daughter shreaks that her fries are cold an inedible and the cheese on her burger isn’t even melted, I will say it did not look appetizing at all. My other daughter got a kids mac and cheese which she said was good, but it was in a container the size on my side dish. really? I open my steak to discover that not only is it not even close to being medium it is beyond well done and inedible, it literally tasted like tar. I was furious! well my saving grace. the vanilla bean cheesecake, I open the container only to see it drowned in chocolate syrup that I specifically ask them not to include. Seriously, Friday’s thanks for ruining my meal, never again. At least not this location, idc how close it is.

Better than half the tables are empty but we have a twenty five minute wait. I find this both troubling and alarming. If nobody wants to work here, then I probably don’t want to eat here. Leaving now
