My daughter had a great time here. They do a great job keeping the girls entertained. The reason for the 3 stars was because I don’t think the price is worth the quality. Everything was just way too over priced so it isn’t a place that you could frequent. My daughter was here for girlscouts. She got her hair done, a manicure, and was able to dress up and do a fashion show on stage. Her hair was cute, they made her hair into a bow on the back of her head. The manicure was not so good though. They seemed to have more polish on her skin than her nails. The clothes that they had for dress up weren’t really that great, and some of them were dirty with stains. Overall, I don’t think the price that they charge is worth what you get.

Absolutely perfect! Had my daughters 6th bday party with a total of 8 girls and they sat quietly while they got their hair and makeup done, we’re all well behaved, had a great time and got a keepsake picture! We did the fashion runway party. Highly recommend it. We chose the Paris theme and they got pearl necklaces and rings that had lip gloss in them as keep sakes. You’re in and out in less than 2 hours, including cake and pizza but I’d do it every year for the rest of my daughters life if she’ll let me. It was a wonderful experience for all!

Cute place for sure. They do a good job mostly with hair. The nail stuff is overpriced. Look for coupons before you go. My 6 year old loves to go, we go 3 times a year because it’s very pricey. They have a boutique like store while you wait. And as you imagine with kids they want everything they see in a bright pink store with glitter and shine everywhere. We do enjoy going. They offer nice and fun special packages which is the best way to go. Customer service is not great. Sometimes you get voice mail. I wish there was another location because sometimes you can’t get appts when you need them. They also make you leave deposits if you book certain things which I think is nonsense if you don’t have a no show history. I could understand for a birthday party but not for a $ 60 package. Fun place for girls!

Very cute! The associates were very friendly and welcoming to my sisters. They really enjoyed the products and had a great time. Perfect place for tweens as well.

Took my soon to be 4 year old daughter for her first haircut. They were professional and space is conducive to creating an atmosphere for making kids comfortable. It’s very spacey and love the products they have. Highly recommend.

Cute store for any little girl in your life! Bath products, pint size salon services, clothes! Their mani-pedi is way overpriced at $ 30 but hair cuts and styling are reasonable. Parties are pricey. Some merchandise is a complete rip off but other items are fairly priced. All in all this is a cute store with lots of sparkly, girly gifts. Great for gifts!

My family and I were prepared to take my niece for her very first haircut! We found sweet and sassy salon online and loved the look of the place and the services. We were 15 minutes late for our appointment which seems typical when dealing with a two year old. We walked into the salon that was completely empty, not thinking being a little late would be a problem. However, the girl working at the desk rudely stated to us that were 15 minutes late and wouldn’t be able to have my nieces hair cut. Now I can fully understand if a salon is very busy and you’re late. However, there were literally no clients in the store. It was empty. She told us to come back at 1:30 or 2:45 which didn’t work for my nieces nap time. Needless to say my family was very disappointed. We don’t all live in the same area and we met up just for this occasion. As great as the salon looks I don’t get a friendly family environment feel from this location and we will not be going there in the future.

I took my 4-year old niece for a few hours of beauty and she absolutely loved it! I applaud the owners/creators as it is a great concept and everyone who works there is very nice. However, the services are a bit pricey for such tiny feet and hands and the gifts to buy are a bit expensive as well. Also, the girls who were manning the front desk were eating these giant very smelly salads and sandwiches that stunk up the entire salon! Being a business owner myself, I found this highly unprofessional, especially in a salon setting. These girls should have a separate area to eat, not right at the front desk. Also, the music was way too loud. I couldn’t really have a conversation at all with the workers or my little niece. It should be turned down a hair for us older folks(and I’m only 46!!) Other than those few things, I would go back as my niece loved it and I had some quality«girlie» time with her.

Had my 5 month old daughters ears pierced. Went on a Tuesday morning(recommended by salon as it would be quiet). They did a wonderful job, everything was clean & sterile. Selected earring for 34.99& had 2 stylist pierce her ears at the same time. Then they took a photo, gave us a certificate, and reviewed cleaning instructions. I would highly recommend them!

Took my little 2 year here for a hair cut and pedicure. Staff was very good in calming her down when she got upset when they cut her hair. She loved the pedi and are still pointing at her pink toes. She played for hours on the mock run way. We be back.

A cutesy pink & purple paradise for tweens(and younger) to get prettied up(tarted up?) and parade around on a mock runway for a birthday extravaganza. My daughter and I went here to look around just as 8 – 10 screaming, giggling, bubbly little girls with BAD updos ran by on the way to the shocking pink limo. A birthday party? Fo sho! They have a full service salon for girls(including hair, nails — pedicure thrones, make your own lip gloss, the works) and TONS of overpriced sparkley merch for eager 8 year old fingers to grasp at. Hold on to your wallet, kids!(PARENTS, too) Parties for 8 kids START at $ 250.
