I came in to activate my iPhone 6 Plus. Ali was a doll. She is hilarious and so very nice. She even went out of her way to get lower my bill because I was paying a ridiculous amount every month. I live in Philly but if I lived in Jersey, this store will definitely be my go-​to store. Yay for Ali. Visit her if you need help.

OK… I can’t say enough about this store because they literally saved all of my vacation pictures. I managed to get my phone wet on vacation and the touchscreen shorted out. Since the pictures were on the internal memory, and I couldn’t put the phone in USB drive mode, I thought they were lost forever! Benito at the store ordered me a replacement phone, and Chris spent 2 hours swapping the touchscreen from the new phone over and got back all of my pics and videos! They didn’t have to go that extra mile for the customer, but they did, so I recommend this store to anyone. They are knowledgeable and talented sales and service professionals, and if you go there ask for either of those guys and you and your phone will be in good hands.
