Pats Select Pizza|Grill

Delicious! Here on work and had pizza delivered to the hotel… great service, great food… I am a fan!!! (And will become a repeat customer!)

Advice for those placing an order for delivery: CHECK YOUR ORDER before the driver leaves! Sadly, our orders are repeatedly wrong & missing items. We keep ordering because the food is above average most of the time. I gave only three stars because as I write we are waiting for the French fries, lemon slices & cups we ordered to have our lunch. The cheese steaks we ordered will be cold by the time the rest of the order comes… (again!). There is a disconnect between the ordering and packaging that needs to be addressed to provide a satisfying experience for the customers who opt for delivery. If this were not a repeated issue we would have given them 4 stars. Before you tip the driver (as we always do @ $ 5.00 an order, there’s also a 1.99 delivery fee) check your order!

I ordered to go but wish I had dined in once I went to pick it up.
Salads are Gigantic and no meat needed to enjoy. I ordered the one pictured on menu with apples, walnuts, and avocados. Absolutely delicious.
Also ordered the fried-​battered wings in buffalo sauce — I never eat the gristle but definitely came close… haven’t had good wings in a long time until now.
I will definitely be back.

Really good food, the portions are huge. I recommend eating in. I love the vibe and look of the whole place. Feels and looks very homey, even the bathroom has a nice setup.

The food is always very good and the service is tops. I eat there often, Chicken Parm and rustic ranch chicken sandwich are fav’s.

We enjoy wraps, salads, soups, sandwiches and they have the best fries! The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is super clean. Never a disappointment.

Sorry but I really don’t like Pats. Their pizza is terrible. The crust is just bad. Too much sauce makes the cheese slide off. Their cheesesteaks are equally bad. The salads are simple and bland. Fries are bland. It’s such a nice place inside and everyone is super friendly. I live right down the street and I wish this place was better as its so easy. But I just don’t like the food.

Everything is really good here, except their pizza. I’ve tried pretty much everything in the menu and everything is delicious, but their pizza is absolutely horrible.

They say never judge a book by its cover. This place is right near my boyfriends house. Going through his takeout menus. This place stood out their take out menu is beautiful. Everything sounded so wonderful & looked appealing.
Until we ordered. We gave this place a chance twice. Never again. The salad was skimpy. The cheesesteaks-​not good. Pizza wasn’t good. I don’t have the heart to give them 2 stars when they obviously deserve 2.5.
Their delivery was fast both times.

If you like fast, generic food definitely swing by Pats (or do takeout)!
You won’t get anything groundbreaking here: the chicken fingers, wings, fries, etc. is the same stuff you can get down the street at the little league or Shop Rite’s frozen section. The grilled stuff is much of the same: decent, cheap and two steps up from McDonalds.
With that said, the service and delivery is fast. Inside is clean and pretty nice. The outside seating is an extra plus!
Overall: it’s good if you’re on the run, need something fast, or just don’t feel like paying for an expensive wrap.

The best pizza in town, the best grilled chicken caesar salad and the best cheese steak. Good food, good service and good price.

The food is okay… but that Greek behind the counter is the only reason I keep coming back. He is hot!

I ordered out and had the food delivered to my house. It definitely took me at least 10 minutes to order my food on the phone, the girl taking my order had a hard time hearing me over whatever was going on. I ordered the salmon burger which I must say is extremely tasty. Not many olaces offer beef burger alternatives beyond turkey, and chicken. It was seasoned correctly, and the sauce on top was even better. Only reason I didn’t give 4 stars is because my fries were cold both times I ordered.

Had a few min. to grab a quick bite before heading back to work so I went nearby to Pat’s.
Food: Got 2 plain slices ~$ 5 total, not bad considering it was huge and tasted pretty good, perfect comfort food, nice and chewy, cheesy and warm.
Staff: Very friendly, and attentive with utensils, napkins, condiments etc.
Atmosphere: Not a pizza place look at all. More like a modern-​ish Target/Kohl’s décor. Very clean, bathroom is very clean and modern looking as well.
Pretty good place, next time I’m craving some comfort-​food type pizza and have a few min only to get food, I’ll be sure to stop by!

So since my first review a few years ago, my wife and I had a baby so we found ourselves ordering more and more from Pats.
I just wanted to say that while the food is fine… the delivery guys keep walking on my grass. Is it a big deal? yes and no… it’s not the end of the world, but I spend a lot of money in having it mowed and trying to make it look nice.
Last night, I had a delivery come to the house, I opened the door and the driver started walking across my lawn. I politely yelled out to him, «would you mind please not walking on my lawn? if you could walk around, that would be great!!! thanks»
By the time he got up to the front door, he had a scowl on his face. Didn’t say a word… just handed me my food and the receipt for me to sign. He didn’t thank me for my order or apologize for walking on the lawn.
Unreal… Pat’s website requires you to give a tip when paying by credit card. So I actually gave this kid money for him to treat me like that.
Why do I order from this place?

Pat’s is fairly generic but the food is good. The overall layout of the store looks «blah» with zero authenticity (think Target or Kohls furnishing here).
The food however is good. I mean it’s burgers and sandwiches and fries. It’s not rocket science, however I’ve had worse. The dining quarters is spacious however and cleanliness is not an issue– even down to the spotless bathrooms.
The wait staff is nice and do go out of their way to treat you like family. Nothing bad to say about the place, however I’m having a hard time saying anything spectacular about it either.
3 stars it is…

Bad pizza is bad pizza.
I was over in Cherry Hill, and had an awkward half hour break between meetings to grab some food. I decided to go to Pat’s since it was just across the street and figured it would be quick. The place had plenty of seating, an aura of moderate cleanliness, and a soda machine to suggest low prices.
I ordered a slice of mushroom and a slice of pineapple — and like most places that do slices, they add the topping to a readymade cheese pie and reheat. I was okay with that except, they did a very shoddy job of cutting the canned pineapple before putting it on the slice. The slice had 3 or 4 1″ cubes, which I ate as 1″ cubes of pineapple instead of a slice of pineapple pizza. The rest of slice wasn’t great either; it tasted like toast with ketchup and cheese.
Props to the owners for quick service, overall cleanliness and low prices; one extra star. In all, I don’t think I’ll go here again. If I do, I’ll order some pineapple and a slice of pizza.

We order from Pat’s from time to time. I love their online ordering feature. The food quality is good but their customer services is exceptional. They are always sending coupons. I decided to order their «party pizza» for my son’s birthday party. The coupon I had expired. Didn’t matter — they honored it anyway. One warning — the party pizza has 18 slices. It’s enormous! It’s 18 large sicilian slices. We ordered 3 pizzas for 36 people. We finished one pie and only a few slices out of the second. We’re going to be eating pizza for months! Kudos to the people there for doing such a wonderful job both with food and with their customer service. I gave their URL to lots of our party goers — I really hope they get lots of business from it.

Not coming here again.
There are a lot of choices, but everything is pretty over priced. I don’t mind paying for extras, but i feel like they are nitpicking you here.
I honestly enjoy the food or i wouldnt kepe going back — but after today i am done. I ordered the fetticcini alfredo and got it delivered. First of all — they use WAY too much packaging — do you even care about the environment? haha… seriously though, it is WAY too much… they could probably lower the cost of food if they didn’t use so much damn packaging. anyway
I ordered the fetticcini and was eating it and noticed it tasted really funny. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it… then i looked closer and noticed there were particals of chicken in the pasta! now, most people would think this is great, or an upgrade since it doesnt come with chicken (i read the menu multiple times to check) — BUT I AM A VEGETARIAN. i didn’t realize ihad to say no chicken when its already not included. it seems like they added it and then just scooped it out, but didn’t get it all. I actually feel physically sick. I am too nice to call and complain — so i figured i would write a review! NO but seriously, this isn’t right. I havent eaten meat in almost 5 years — i didnt even know what it tasted like.
They just lost a customer.
I also have to agree with one of the previous comments — everyone that works there (except a few i must say) are completely rude. It’s like … um – do you WANT my service? Am i bothering you? I am pretty sure its the owner as well that is the most rude.

pat’s is a favorite spot for the office to order food from. i’ve only eaten at the restaurant about twice. so this is mainly based on delivery.
ok, first, i’d like to address the issue of «rude service» that people complain about. a) never experienced it, b) what are you expecting at a cheesesteaks-​to-​go establishment in south jersey? this is not buddakan. it’s pat’s. c) who cares what they’re like on the phone… they get huge orders here in less than 30 minutes, and the deliveryman is nice!
other than that — the food is delicious, always hot, and the prices are totally reasonable.
i have no issues with pat’s.
