I was looking to add some variation and liked that there were different classes available versus just barre. I purchased a bundle of classes during their summer sale promo. Which was not a bad deal 10 classes for $ 55. I tried registering online for the beach body glutes class and was unable to. I sent an email and after not hearing back at the end of the following business day I gave them a call. The beach body glutes class is a part of the barre series. So it would use up 2 of my classes versus one ok! So they were able to add me to the class. Upon entering I checked in with the front desk and being my first time I did not know where to go. I stood there is silence thinking they were not finished checking me in. I then noticed they were and explained I was new so I did not know where I was suppose to go. The women at the front desk then directed me to the studio. Can’t they see in their system that I am new? Customers should be treated with more respect. On the upside, Donna was amazing and friendly. She noticed I was new and introduced herself. Throughout the class she remained engaged and so energetic. I could barely keep up and I wasn’t the one working out and instructing a class! It was really a great workout with the use of a rebounder, skateboard, free weights and many other items. Unfortunately, this class interferes with yoga so i have not been back. Next, I tried spin & core with Brandi. She is also so pleasant and makes you work so hard. This class consists of 45 minutes of spin and then 15 minutes of core workouts on the mat, with weights, and the use of other equipment. She changes it up from week to week which is very nice. However, recently I noticed that this class is not available and had not been replaced on Sundays which is when I like to spin. This was what made it miss the 4 star mark in my eyes.

I found my home for barre classes. I’m laying on the floor of my house writing this review, I just had a class & I can’t feel my thighs, abs or arms. Barre is probably the hardest work out I do & they don’t play around at La Belle Fit. So far I have taken classes with Tanya & Natalie — both kicked my butt. Both are sweet and welcoming, they explained everything, were attentive and I was literally melting into a puddle. They offer Barre & Barre Bootcamp which adds more cardio, tonight I took the Bootcamp & realized I’m not in shape. If you’re looking for a workout that uses weights, bands, mats & balls and will have you literally at the barre & on you’re toes this is the place. Comfort & feeling like a part of the studio is important to me & I feel I get that here in addition to a killer workout. La Belle Fit offeres a lot of classes; spin, Zumba, yoga, Pilates, suspension training or TRX and of course Barre. They have packages where you can do some or all of the classes. I’m going to be staying here for a while, I really, really like it.

Great boutique studio/gym. The place is very clean and the barre studio is one of the best in the area. The place runs specials a lot so you can always find a good deal on classes. I’ve taken many classes there with many different instructors, most of which are amazing. My only«con» comment is I wish they had better spin instructors. There are few that are not very challenging(caters to the beginner) and one that is not very nice. Overall though, this place is a good spot to try.

Absolutely love it here. I take the Wednesday Zumba Toning class with Tricia and everyone is so friendly, from the other clients to the staff. I have had nothing but positive experiences!

If you see a MILF in the Cherry Hill area, ask her if she goes to La Belle Fit. Chances are the answer is yes. This place attracts the cream of the crop from the area. I had a Groupon and was very, very excited to try the Barre Ampped classes. I enjoyed the classes tremendously. Great workout although not as intense as I would have liked.(Of course, I had just finished months of straight Pilates and running so I was in pretty good shape.) I’ve only done the TRX and Barre classes here but they also have Zumba, pilates, yoga, etc. A few comments-yes, some of the instructors vary in quality and teaching style which stinks because these classes are expensive and for what you’re paying, you should be able to get consistency. This is normal for gyms though bc you will like some teaching styles better. It is also pricey which deters me from going more often. They run specials frequently on their website which helps with the cost i.e. a barre class will be $ 13 instead of $ 20.

So I live in DC, but while I was visiting family in South Jersey I knew I wanted to make sure I got my barre fix. Found La Belle Fit and their Studio Barre classes, read the reviews, and booked two classes since they sounded great. My experience at LBF started out rough. I got there a bit early, checked in, and sat down. The girl working at the front desk seemed confused about my question about the locker room situation and didn’t give me any info about the rest of the facility. A few more people came in for my class, checked in, and wandered out. We were all early so I figured they were just wandering around and would be back. Well, with two minutes left until my class, the zumba class going on showed no signs of ending and I turned to the girl at the desk and said«Am I supposed to be somewhere else?» She looked at me like I was stupid and said«um, yea, two doors down.» I do some front desk time at the studio where I take barre and the online system that both LBF and my studio use is the same, which means I KNOW that there is a little star that appears when someone is new to the facility. So then why this girl didn’t give me a little tutorial and seemed so put off by me not knowing where I was going is beyond me. I chalked that up to a minor annoyance and walked down to the studio, figuring as long as the class was good, who cared about the snotty front desk assistant. Well, I was in for another«treat.» The class began with a bang when the teacher just jumped in and said«watch me», rather than explaining what we were doing. After a VERY short warm up(not enough time in my opinion and experience), we began the actual class. I could barely heard the teacher over the music, which wasn’t even that loud, so I was constantly a beat behind her, which seemed to make her very upset. The ONLY part of the class that I «felt» at all was the thigh work. The«glute» portion of the class was really just more thigh work — with nothing at all designed to work your butt. The abs section was just a joke, I could’ve been sitting down anywhere, doing anything at all. And then there was literally NO stretching until the end of class. When I work a muscle to the point of fatigue and shaking, aka the whole point of barre, I want to stretch it right away, while it’s warm, not at the end of class, when I haven’t worked on that body part for 45 minutes. To top all of that off, I went to go rinse off(though I really didn’t need to because I didn’t sweat at all due to the nothingness of class), there are no provided towels in the single bathroom. I have NEVER been in a fitness center that prides themselves of being a «fancy» establishment, enough that they offer face wash, lotion, body soap, etc. that doesn’t provide a towel for you. In fact, I’ve never been in a fitness center period that doesn’t provide towels for you after you shower. I left LBF with a really bad taste in my mouth and actually didn’t go to the second class I had booked. All in all, this was a waste of $ 40 for 2 classes(actually more expensive that had I booked 2 classes at ANY barre studio in DC, where the cost of living is remarkably higher). I don’t know what other options there are for barre in the area, but there has to be something better than this place.
