I have been patronizing this location for almost 40 years, and after my visit this morning, I will never be returning. The food has circled the drain for years, and now it is as bad as I can stand it. The service is mediocre to say the best, the servers that served us could not seem to get their act together. We had to give our order to 3 different wait staff, and when the food was delivered to the table, it was wrong, all 3 times! There are many other options available to me in this location, and I plan to patronize them rather then this location. Overall, I would rate this a zero if Unilocal allowed.

My first time going to IHOP with my girlfriend and I had a good experience. There was a lot to choose from on the menu. I had the country omelette with a side of hash browns. The plate of omelette and hash browns was bigger then I expected which I’m not complaining. The waitress was nice, friendly, and was always there if we needed anything. I would definitely come here again.

I haven’t eaten at an IHOP in years, I now remember why. Since when does it cost $ 12 for a cup of tea. 2 eggs, toast, and hash browns? Ridiculous!

Was just there today, ordered fish and chips. The fish was tough and flavorless, it was like a Gordon’s frozen fish stick that had the breadcrumbs scraped off. The batter was only on part of the fish and was stale and overcooked. The service was rude and neglectful. Coffee is terrible.

We couldn’t even stay and eat… it was that bad. We walked in and as another reviewer said it was ghetto fab? I’d just say plain ghetto, the kitchen is open so we got to see all the cooks there with their long scraggly beards, one guy digging in his nose, and not to mention one of the cooks had long scraggly hair that wasn’t pulled back no hair net or anything. My DH and I are picky, our kids requested to eat here so we knew not to expect the best with IHOP, but this place is deplorable. If you want Ihop go to the one on 541 in Burlington or Marlton this one is GROSS, GROSS, GROSS. We ended up just walking out and told them we were leaving.

I haven’t tried everything but they were pretty efficient even though it was real busy when we walked in. The service wasn’t too bad either and the food was satisfying :) I guess it was pretty tight and it didnt seem dirty enough that it wss terribly noticeable. The glasses were a bit dirty but eh.

The juicy patty melt at ihop used to be my favorite, that is until they changed their suppliers and the beef patties had pork mixed into it.

I just love IHOP, even if it is kinda dirty, sticky and incredibly squished. The food remains delicious, and that’s all that matters to me at a diner chain. I’ve stopped into this location twice recently, and both times had the same server.(I think her name is Katie?) She was helpful, quippy and brought extra bacon without any prior request on the side of my salad since the kitchen didn’t put much bacon in it. Extra bacon? Yes, yes, yes. I always get the crispy chicken salad here, which I guess is a strange choice, but it’s just so darn good. My mom loves the pancakes. Granted, I love the pancakes, too, but unfortunately, my stomach cannot always fit pancakes on top of my salad, so there’s that. Salad tends to win. Unless it’s breakfast time, of course. Though, honestly, if it’s breakfast time, I’d probably steer clear of this location, being that the parking lot is ridiculously tiny.

2 words… ghetto fabulous; It looks like nearby Camden has spread out; No matter when I’ve gone there over the past years it’s still the same… the main parking lot is a joke, there’s about 10 spaces and if you pull in and they’re full you have to back out and it turns into a cluster. They should tell you there is additional parking if you drive down the road and around back. And when you walk in, it’s very tight and crowded… people stepping on each others toes etc…

I love IHOP! I don’t think I have ever been disapointed by and IHOP and this is no exception. The only flaws of this IHOP were the small parking lot, and the crammed seating, if you could overlook that the food is amazing? I did find out after that the mall is right there and there is plenty of parking outside of the parking lot by the mall. Aside from the crammed seating everything else was enjoyable. The food came out rather quick, the pancakes seemed like they were a bit rushed, but since I wasn’t gettting pancakes with fruit, or some special variety of pancakes, they were just a side. The omelette I had was incredible! There was a ton of flavor packed into it and it was huge! I was a bit bummed that they were out of blueberry syrup but the strawberry syrup worked for me. Aside from the food, for being as crammed as it was the place was surprisingly clean. No mess on the floor and they were quick to clean the tables after one left. Overall a very satisfying IHOP, would be easily 4 stars if it were a bit bigger.

My husband and I love to go out to breakfast and decided to go somewhere different. I was so excited to go to IHOP, but it turned out to be a big mistake. The workers seemed to be annoyed to be working there, there was not one person who was cheerful or even had a smile on their face. My coffee cup came dirty, on the outside had dried up food stuck to it. The waitress was apologetic and quickly got me a new cup. The coffee was mediocre. We looked over the menu and both decided to get one of their combos. The husband picked eggs, and cheesecake pancakes, and he got 3 choices of meat. I selected eggs, strawberry and banana french toast, and sausage. Our eggs were perfect, there wasn’t any toast, so I asked for some. The toast was more stale and wasn’t even toasted. It had a smidgen of margarine on it and it wasn’t even pulled out to the side, just slapped in the middle. YUCK on margarine. My french toast did indeed come with bananas and strawberries, only problem was it had strawberry syrup all over it, the menu does not state there would be strawberry syrup on it. I asked for new french toast which was delicious. Hubby got his cheesecake pancakes which were inedible due to the fact they had put the strawberry syrup all over that as well. He said to the waitress I didn’t order that, and she said you ordered the cheesecake pancakes and it comes with it. This also was not stated on the menu. He didn’t complain but we paid for them and they didn’t get eaten. Waste of money. I really wish we went somewhere else. We were so disappointed. I also wanted to add, the place was clean, but looked run down and is in serious need of an update. We will never go back here again.

Well this was one of the«older» style Ihops. You remember the ones with the A frame roof… well you remember if you have any Gray in your hair(yes even if you cover it with Clairol). Anyway the food was typical Ihop which is good if you read any of my other reviews. Service was very good but it did take some extra time to get the food. Why? Couldn’t say as it wasn’t overly busy. My complaint and it may be petty is there was only Old Fashion Syrup in the bins. I happen to like the Butter Pecan.(Told you it was petty). Cost ya a star because of it. Hey front end manager, check the bins!!!

I haven’t been to IHOP in like, 10 years, so when my friends insisted I go to try the pumpkin pancakes, I wasn’t sure what to expect because the one near where I grew up was… meh… There was a serious wait… probably like 25 minutes(for dinner somewhere, nbd, but for a couple of pancakes that take 3 minutes to griddle… idk…seemed long… and I was hungry) but I am guessing we hit the church crowd. They put 3 of us in a 2 seater booth, but we made it work. Service? So effing nice! I always order things individually so when I said I wanted hash browns, and a sausage, and a pumpkin pancake, I was expecting grief — nope! She was happy to accommodate. My buddy’s omelet could have used a few more minutes on the griddle(cheese wasn’t melted all the way inside) but other than that, we all cleaned our plates. Next time I feel like dropping 1030 calories on breakfast, I’ll be back!

I know this isn’t the fanciest place in the world, but it never seems to dissappoint! I’m addicted to the Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity and have been for years. I took my 2&4 yr old girls here with me and the service was excellent. The waitress was fast and curteous. She brought my daughter’s food out first and I didn’t even have to ask! Plus, this is the one place my 2 yr old actually behaves. You know I’ll be back!

I’m a huge IHOP fan and this location didn’t disappoint! The food was good and when we went in(it was a group of three) it was clean. The staff was very friendly and we were there before the crowds, so we managed to get a parking spot and seat quickly. We ordered and got our drinks and meals in about 10 minutes. As I said, the food was good and the server was very prompt with refills and any requests we had. It was a great experience and if I’m ever in the area again, I’d definitely consider hitting this IHOP up again!

Sad, sad, sad, but not surprised at all. It has been here since moved to U.S. used to be great, poor piss management, lack of caring, went in here right before it closed, former boyfriend wanted to try it out. I had told him, not good idea .He went in anyway, we ordered food & drinks, as we walked in food on floor, not clean, grimy. The menus stuck to one another, so did the tables. Needless to say, drinks came, he paid for drinks-& we were out! sorry to say, «Told you so!!!»

I love IHOP. Any place that can serve me a burger at 8am kicks butt. Odd you say? Nah, I get up at 3am for work, so 8am is my lunch, and you get sick of eating breakfast twice a day faster than you might think. So on to the review. This place is always packed and has a challenging parking lot when that happens, so try and get there before 9am or in off hours, as they are always busy. Pancakes are, as expected, delicious, although the recent retirement of strawberry syrup has left my son unhappy as the strawberry pancakes withe strawberry syrup were his favorite.(He’s making due with Blueberry/Blueberry at the moment). The wait staff is usually younger ladies who seem shell shocked by their experience here. I could probably order a whole boiled sheep’s head and they’d only question me on it AFTER they took it to the kitchen and were sent back, and then only because it’s not something they serve. They’ve never once blinked at me when everyone else gets pancakes and I get a burger. I rate this a plus. Unless you want a second drink or ketchup or something, as they wander around, deaf and blind to all but their current customer. There are exceptions, but not may. As you sit there watching parents letting their children dance on the tables and kick over cups of coffee and soda, you can understand why. Yes, this did happen while I was there, though only once. So don’t expect Haute Cusine or white glove service. Do expect decent food, at a reasonable price, and that old school iHOP charm.
