I had the same experience as Kelly D.(whose review is now«not recommended» by Unilocal). The physical therapist(after the initial assessment but before the sessions started) said she didn’t think we would have to pay anything but would check with her office. The main office then told me they had spoken with my father’s insurance company and confirmed we would not have to pay anything. I know how insurance works, so I thought that did not make sense. I told them my father had a deductible and out-of-pocket maximum to meet with his Medicare Supplement plan. However, they insisted we would not have to pay anything. So my father had PT from March to July. I saw that Medicare and the Medicare Supplement insurer were processing claims. However, we didn’t get a bill from Fox for the 20% that Medicare didn’t cover($ 500+) until after all the sessions were over. It’s a dishonest business practice. I spoke to several people at Fox about it. None of them wanted to take responsibility and train their people to be ethical. Most of the Fox therapists we tried over the years were great. It’s unfortunate the management allows this dishonesty to be a part of their company culture. In life, you have to decide what kind of person you will be. If you work for Fox, act on your conscience.
