Very rude!!! I called to check openings for a same day eye exam and the man who answered the phone informed me they had nothing open today, but did have an opening tomorrow afternoon. As I was hoping to be seen today, and this was the first place I had called, I wanted to call around a bit more and see if I could find some place that would be able to see me today. I let the man know I would call back, and, as I was in the middle of saying«Thank you!», he gruffly hung up the phone on me — no goodbye, no thank you for calling, not even an «Ok». Needless to say, I will not, now or in the future, be patronizing a business that allows such rudeness.

Two years ago I developed a serious eye infection that came on suddenly, and a good friend recommended Dr. Abbate. He immediately put me at ease, accurately diagnosed the issue and prescribed treatment. He patiently answered all of my questions during the two months I needed for the eye to heal. I truly appreciated his thorough knowledge and his style of gentle attentivenness and care, and I have been a patient ever since.

Disgrace. Waited almost an hour and probably would have waited longer if I didnt leave. When I approached the front desk with my concern regarding the wait they said that Dr. Abbato wants every 20 minutes booked regardless of how long an exam takes. This approach is greedy, inconsiderate and obnoxious. His time is clearly worth more then the customer’s. Ass backwards Abbato. You are crap.

If I could give DR. ABBATEZEROSTARS I WOULD! He is clearly money hungry. The staff couldn’t care less about helping you and I was charged 80 dollars per box for my contacts!!! I, also, was responsible for the random eye glass exam that was not covered by my insurance that Dr. Abbate decided to perform. He’ll play nice as he’s reaching into your wallet. Please save yourself the aggravation and money and DONOT make the same mistake as me. I will never step foot inside this place again. I’m feeling absolutely taken advantage of.

I loved everything about my experience at For Eyes! I’ve been searching for a nice pair of glasses that fit my face for a long time. They have a vast collection of frames(both inexpensive and name brands). and with the help of the great staff their I found a pair that I love. The next day I went in for my eye appointment and the doctor was excellent. He was thorough and explained to me with great detail why I develop sties. He provided several rationales and suggestions to improve my condition. It was the best eye doctor and optometrist experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be back.

Don’t know which is worse here, the poor staff or products. I picked out my glasses with no help(while 4 employees stood behind the counter and gossiped loudly). My glasses took weeks to arrive and I never received any update. When I tried to call on a Saturday, they didn’t answer the phone even when the website listed the office as open. I could forgive the timing if the staff wasn’t so painfully incompetent and detached. Steer clear of this hot mess.

for many years i used a «friend» for my glasses and always thought i was getting a great deal – HA! i found this FOUREYES adjacent to my office and what an incredible find this was! these folks are amazing. sue is #1. i have a two year old who continues to break my glasses. FOUREYES stands behind their warranty with absolutely no issues. i wish i would have found them years ago. the cost of the glasses are less than i paid from a «friend» and the service is simply fabulous. i would absolutely recommend this location and these folks. hey, you guys are stuck with me

Just had a rare exceptional customer service experience at For Eyes in Cherry Hill. Was happy with my visit there last year, and needed a big favor from them today. Arlene went out of her way to get my records from a year ago and fax over information to my insurance provider. I expected to have to follow up at least once or twice to get it done, but she sent it over immediately, and was happy to do so. Thanks so much For Eyes and Arlene… You have a customer for life!

I typically try to stay away from chains like For Eyes, but for once I am glad that I caved in and went. I was under the misconception that For Eyes only had cheap, off brand frames but I was pleasantly surprised. They have a great selection of frames with every name brand designer you can think of. The best part about this location though is Dr. Abbotte. He is very thorough and has a great personality. He pointed out a few things that my previous doctors had missed. I will definitely go back to him again.

so i finally bit the bullet and got my eyes examined. as suspected, glasses were needed. being 28 and having zero experience in the eye department, i figured i’d head over to For Eyes because some people in the office recommended it. the selection was good, the prices seemed fair. service was a slight bit lackadaisical but they did help out when i couldn’t decide. my glasses came in within a few days and they fitted them nicely for me. i like my new frames & i paid a good price for them(their sales are pretty good… $ 50 off when you spend $ 200 was happening when i was buying.) my only real complaint is that i didn’t get a cleaning kit with my new glasses. no cloth, no spray, no nothing. i went back when i was in the shopping center, thinking that they’d just forgotten to put a kit in my bag, but no, they’re «all out» and«have been for months». seems unacceptable. they told me i could come back in a few weeks and«check» to see if they had any. this is not good customer service.
