I’ve been working out with Fit4Life Bootcamp in their Cherry Hill location since May. I’ve lost nearly 40 lbs, and more importantly, 18% body fat! The trainers are excellent. They are knowledgeable about physical limitations due to injuries, arthritis and such, and are always able to provide a modification. The Bootcamp challenges are fun and I have made great friends who encourage me(and hold me accountable) for my workouts. In the beginning I had my nutrition supervised by one of the trainers who was able to target some of my problem areas, and now I’m keeping it together myself. The last few weeks I stepped up my exercise by adding a 1 on 1 session once a week, and I can see real progress in my strength and stamina. If you are in the SNJ area, you should check it out.
