Same story here… When I TRIED to cancel service due to inflated price and an upcoming move, they continued to service the property. When I asked then to send an itemized bill to my new address, they CLAIMED it was returned. I asked Greg to resend and the next thing I got in the mail was a letter telling me I was being sued for the amount due. All I wanted was an itemized bill before I shelled out 4k!!! Wow!

These guys are what the Brits call ‘cowboys’. Simply out to get your money. Customer satisfaction is of no interest to them. As the previous reviewer said they inflate the price as the job progresses. They didn’t even put a sign on my lawn which I thought was odd at first but after they got my money & made off with my rake I wasn’t surprised!
