Bought a very expensive spa from them. The owners son was my salesman. As my warranty was coming to an end, I had a few issues I wanted addressed before it was too late.
The sent out a technician who said he’d write it up & get stuff done. Noting happened.
I called & they said my warranty had expired 2 weeks ago. If I wanted things fixed it would be out of pocket.
I shut the power to my spa & let it rot in my yard.
I bought a new one today from Niagrara Pools & Spas Route 73

I like supporting local business. These guys are great. I have used them to open my pool, close my pool, order a new cover, and install new cover. I had many estimates for pool covers, and they beat other pool companies prices by a landslide $ 1,000. Plus, it’s avery high quality, Merrel, pool cover. They also go above and beyond. He fixed the cracks in my fiberglass steps. He re stretched parts of my liner that were pulling off the track. They even powerwashed the pool cover today before storing it away! They’re prompt, give you a courtesy phone call the night before and the morning of your appt. They arrive exactly when they say they will. What more could you want? Thank you All Seasons!
