If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager here is super stingy. I never give reviews, let alone bad reviews but I can’t even believe it — I just ordered a medium orange juice. It was warm and it wasn’t even close to full. I asked for a bit more and she goes, «oh it’s a preset amount, you press a button.» ok, we’ll you can manually add a bit more if someone asks right? What the heck. This is why I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore, I spent 6.50 on an egg mcmuffin with no meat and a medium orange juice that I swear she passed the small button for. It’s funny because, I was debating getting a small vs a medium-and it’s only 20 cents more but I’m the cheapest person on the planet, and I realized that I alway want more orange juice than I get for myself. And I was very sad to not get enough and, not enough ketchup. Typical cheap McDonald’s manager. Also the line was super long and the place looks like a dump.

Wow I’m the first one again(again who sits and writes review’s about McDonalds) But honestly, unless you knew that this place existed in Chelsea Square, you wouldn’t even see it driving thru the city center, as its very non-descipt and lacks much of the exterior signage that most McDonald’s have. it is also one of the few McDonald’s that I know of in this area that is not a free standing building. This one is built into a city block. But onward to the review. Food. Always good, always hot, always fresh, always up to corporate standards. However, this is an abbreviated menu at this McDonald’s, where you wont find anything that is grilled or any weird McDonald’s specialty sandwiches any other full service McDonald’s offers. Service. Good. Its a small store, so you tend to see the same 5 ladies(and the male store manager) all of the time. As with many businesses in Chelsea’s city center, they are more Latino oriented, so you might run into a one or two where English isn’t their first language. But since you can point at the menu to let them know what you want, this is almost a non-issue for me. Store. Nice, clean and bright. This is a late 1990s «fabulous 50s» era McDonald’s. I will say that some of the regular patrons to this store are. questionable.(and that’s all I will say as I don’t knock off points for this, as its not the store’s fault for its patrons). With that respect, I’d mark this McD as kind of dive-y. Even for the busy, central location, the rest rooms are locked so they are kept clean. This McDonald’s also employs a galley-style kitchen so patrons can see the entire kitchen front to back(and usually can watch your food being cooked, as little is kept in the warmers) Staff. Always friendly even if language is an issue. But never had a problem with the shift supervisors or managers. Location. Excellent. I don’t think this gets any more convenient for residents of Chelsea. Its downtown, and across the street from two major bus stops(the 111, 116/117, and the 112). Overall a good McDonald’s, and one of the more frequent ones I patron. Mostly because I’ve never had a problem with the staff or the food. And its in a location I am frequently in switching buses in.(Its far too easy to get off the bus for 10 minutes to run into McD on my way home).
