While spending time in Chelsea I was craving a cup of coffee as usual so I decided to stop in at this Dunkin’ Donuts. When I walked into the store it was empty which was great because I expected to be in and out in a few minutes. This turned out to not be the case.
When I ordered my coffees the employee was rude and eye rolled me throughout the order. This was agitating because my order was simple. I ordered two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. I had to wait at least ten minutes to get them. I know that this isn’t a long time, but when you are getting stared at it feels like forever.
In the end the coffee was good but the service was terrible. I hope that in the future I will have a better experience the next time I grab a morning brew here.

I know… a review of a Dunkin Donuts. There’s nothing that really separates this location from the others, but I still think they do an excellent job. From my many visits, it appears as though the manager is always active at this location helping out where ever he is needed. The food is always done quickly and properly.
The only downside is that they do not carry a large variety of mugs, coffees, etc. Maybe they keep some extra in the back, but it doesn’t appear that way in front.
