I walked in here because I had second thoughts about doing my own floral arrangements. It was a very last minute request, but I asked this florist if they had time in the next week and a half to arrange centerpieces for my wedding. They basically said at my budget they could give me lilies, roses, and carnations. The woman looked through the flowers I wanted and basically said every style was either out-of-season or impossible to get and that using peonies was a bad idea because they are too delicate. Feeling disheartened, I went to the florist across the street instead(A Floral Moment by Juju Buds) and hoped she could at least do a little better, but I wasn’t very optimistic because of what I was just told. Well, when I told her what Feeney Florist told me she laughed outright, looked at the photo of the style I wanted, and told me she could do all 11 centerpieces, the sweetheart table, and my bouquet/groom’s boutonnière for just under $ 1,000. I(I wrote a review for A Floral Moment too for more details). After being relieved when she told me this, I realized what Feeney told me made NO sense. There were way more flowers within my budget that she led on. For example, when I was told there was«No way in the world anyone could get ranunculus this time of year» I realized my husband bought me a bouquet of ranunculus from WEGMAN’S of all places just the night before. She straight up lied to me. I wasn’t sure if she didn’t have the time to do it so she was just trying to get me out of the shop, but she should have said so instead of telling me all the flowers I wanted were out of my budget or out-of-season which almost sent me into a panic right before my wedding. Luckily, I found a Floral Moment across the street and without any fuss my wedding was beautifully decorated! Do yourself a favor and do not go to this flower shop. They truly know nothing about flowers and I don’t think they have very good vendors. Unprofessional and out-of-style.
