Executive Tan

I went on a Monday at 8:30 pm and the doors were locked and the girl working was tanning!!! If I pay 65 for a membership and you say you close at 9 pm you should not have your doors locked 30 minutes earlier so your employees can tan very upset!!! Tan here if you are looking for very poor service!

OMG I love this place! They leave towels and mints on the bed and I cannot believe the color I got from one session! it would take me 2 or 3 times at the other place I go to get this much color. I bought a package of 5 tans and didn’t wasn’t sure what bed I wanted. The girl was so nice she gave me a free upgrade for next time I come in to try out the other bed. Love it

Anyway, this place should be called BY TEENS, FOR TEENS. Everyone in this place is 18 order under, and so is everyone who works there. It’s not the experience I’ve had at other places, like Hollywood Tans. But this is close and I like to support local business. The service I chose was a spray tan. I was offered no barrier cream for the spray process, which took place in a back room – definitely not the sweet little set up they have at chains like Bronzed. My feet day-​glo orange in the morning, and I’m just grateful my hands escaped the same fate. It would have been a better idea to go at myself with self-​tanning cloths.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! Totally unprofessional and dishonest! TWICE I tried to cancel my membership at the Nashua location… yet each time I was told it would be cancelled, my bank account was debited again. I hadn’t tanned there in 2 months due to the fact I had cancelled, yet I was still charged for those months. When I tried to have the last charge reversed, I was told «ooo sorry, you called on the 5^th, you should have called on the 1^st… nothing we can do». The worst customer service ever! I deal with the public every day and I work for a reputable business. We would NEVER treat a customer like this! I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone about the horrible experience I had at this «business».

I went to Executive Tan last week for my first ever spray tan. Katie, who sprayed me, did a great job instructing me on what to do and gave me a very even, natural-​looking color. I would absolutely go back to her. The space itself could use some decorating help.

Im from califronia… tanning is cheap in SoCal so when i moved here i was surprised on how expensive tanning was in Ma. Thank god i found this place. Clean, Good prices, Friendly staff… nothing to complain about. Ill be returing all year long.

I like this place. Equipment is nice and I like the staff. Make an appointment though! they dont have that many beds/​booths and seems like everytime I go, I have to wait.

Not surprised to find no other reviews here. Dont waste your money. The guy that runs/​owns this faciltiy is not a professional by any means and never smiles or is helpful. It is not a warm or inviting atmoshpere and not worth the money when there are so many better run facilities in the area. THe lack of customer service and the attitude flung around by managment is well worth sticking my money back in my pocket.
