Very good restaurant, ordered take out and was very fast. Got the eggplant parmesan calzone which was amazing and actually had authentic mozzarella cheese that could stretch! Highly recommend this place for eggplant lovers which are hard spots to come by.

Some of the best Italian food that doesn’t come out of my kitchen, and even better Marsala than I make. You can eat in or take out — either way the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. I love the eggplant parmesan. You can even get a nice glass of wine with your dinner. There really is no reason to go anywhere else.

This was quite good. Our young male server was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and there was plenty to pack up and take home. I live in Chelmsford, so I will go back.

I decided to order catering for Mother’s Day to make it easier. Never had food from Amici’s and it was all delicious. I was nervous the food would dry out after reheating but it was all moist and tasty. We had meatballs, sausage cacciatore, chicken parm and ziti. Everyone also had leftovers, there was so much food! Thank you and I will definitely order again.

I love this place. Stumbled onto it a few years ago and make a trip for some very good sandwiches and Italian food. Not a fancy restaurant by any stretch, but the food is great. Plenty of parking, quick service and great food at a decent price. Have never had the pizza as I always go for the Italian menu.

This place has the best buffalo chicken pizza in the area. Not even close! We get pizza once a week and basically tried most of the local shops throughout the last year, and I have found nothing beats Amici’s buffalo chicken pizza!

I ordered the tortellini piselli sans prosciutto as I’m not really keen on eating pork. The lunch portion was a very generous size, but extremely greasy/buttery. The free bread was a nice touch, though. It’s close to work so I’ll probably be back for lunch.

YUM! Only tried this place once so far, but based on that experience we will definitely be repeat customers. Since we live around the corner and had heard good things, we decided to grab take out from here one night, and were glad we did. I ordered the Chicken Broccoli and Ziti, which had a delicious garlic butter lemon & white wine sauce; like a Picatta but without capers. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the chicken tasted nice and tender and almost like it was lightly breaded before it was sautéed. My fiancé had Veal Parm which he raved about upon his first bite. We both cleaned the sauce off our plates with the rolls they gave us! We both had enough leftover for lunch for the next day too. I worked in an upscale Italian restaurant for 5 years and have tried my fair share of Italian food from good chefs and bad chefs, so I know good Italian food when I taste it. This is it!

Love this place! The food is always good and the prices are reasonable! The wine selection is not great but for a local place, you can’t beat the food! Casual dining as well as pizza and subs.

The food here is very good, maybe as good as you can make it. Warm bread was delicious and the meal was hot and fast. The staff was fantastic. They really need to expand the bar area because right now it’s 8 – 10 seats and not situated very well shrinking down to no space at all on one end due to a angled wall. It feels stuffed into the corner. Expand that and it would be a definite top of rotation night out.

A great place to eat! Go as often as I can. Great Italian food. The menu isn’t huge, but everything they make is amazing. We have eaten in, taken out and have ordered from them for catering. Some of my favorites are The Chicken or Veal Marsala and the Chicken or Veal Francese! Pizza is always good and they have good specials! Very reliable place to eat.

Very nice little stop with me an out of towner. Gravy was good and pasta was fresh. The meatballs were ok. Maybe too much bread crumbs as a «filler», but ok.

If you’re thinking about trying Amici, let me reassure you, it will be the best decision of your life. Amici has a big menu that covers anything you may want: pizza, pasta, wraps, subs, appetizers, and classic Italian entrees. Portions are HUGE and prices are very affordable. You can taste the difference in quality between Amici and other places pretending to be Italian. My personal favorite is the Amici sub. The sub roll is stuffed with prosciutto, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, oil & spices and it is heaven in your mouth. They make killer pasta dishes as well. And unlike so many restaurants now a days, you get a full basket of warm bread. Who doesn’t like complimentary rolls! The owners used to own Amici Ristorante in Billerica that was a crowd favorite for many years before closing. The same high quality food is served at this smaller, Amici Trattoria. Amici is the last business in a strip mall in Chelmsford, so don’t miss it!

Love it. Great inexpensive Italian cooking. Recommended for lunch or dinner, they crush everything they do. Subs, pizza, but also Classic Italian meals like Marsala, Parmesan, lasagna, chicken broccoli ziti etc. and they do a really good job at it all! The value at Amici’s is off the charts. If I lived near by I would get dinner there at least once a week.

I stop by this place for take out after work occasionally. I have to say it’s pretty good. It’s always the same people working and they’re really friendly. I usually get pizza or a sub. It’s always been good. The chicken parm sub is excellent.

I have eaten there 4 times the first three of those were very good, the two young woman waitresses were very good and friendly the older one is not friendly at all seems mean. The last time I ate there was the day before Christmas eve. I ordered the baked ziti which i’ve had before. The next day Christmas eve I was sick in bed Food poisoning. I don’t know what happened but I do not care for OLDERWAITRESS.

This restaurant is AMAZING! Everything was great: the service, the atmosphere, the music. Especially good for groups! The menu is extensive, and includes a number of pasta dishes, salads, subs and wraps, calzones, and pizza. The chicken campagnola is delicious — lightly breaded chicken with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and garlic in a to-do-for white wine sauce. For appetizers, the sautéed broccoli is incredible!

I’ve been living a 5 min walk from this place for two years now but this was the first time I ate there. I ordered take-out but it’s nice enough to sit there and eat next time even though it is small. The people at the front were really nice. I told them I lived nearby and was new in town. They greeted me warmly and made some recommendations. I got the stuffed shells with one large meatball. YUM! The ricotta was smooth with flecks of real basil and not too salty. The sauce was nice and thick with a nice balance between salt, herbs, tang and sweetness. The meatball had the perfect texture and tasted great. I appreciated the extra protein. My hubs got chicken parm. The coating was well seasoned and the pasta cooked al dente but the chicken was soggy. Next time I will order the tomato sauce on the side and put it on when I get home. Otherwise, it was a pretty decent chicken parm. We plan on trying the pizza next.

Very yummy fried calamari. The breading was nice and crunchy and they were seasoned well. I also had a salad, nothing special but fresh. I will go back again!

Prior to finding Amici Trattoria I had never encountered an Italian place where every dish I order is wonderful; this is the place! Every meal I have had here is excellent(including the cannoli!). Portions are large and usually result in leftovers, which is okay by me. The dining area is very small because the front of the restaurant is geared towards take-out but it’s fine for casual dining. The staff is friendly and patient(my family has some indecisive orderers) and the prices are very, very reasonable. We stumbled across this place by accident(we were originally supposed to eat somewhere else but had the wrong address) and now I want to go here all the time.
