A Floral Moment By Juju Buds

I ordered several arrangements from A Floral Moment for my parents’ birthday party. It was a pleasure working with Judy, who was warm, efficient and professional. The flowers were fresh, elegantly arranged and artfully chosen. I was also happy with what she delivered for the price – the arrangements exceeded in beauty and size those I’ve seen at comparable prices from other florists. I highly recommend A Floral Moment.

I went in last minute for my wife’s birthday, (I know, I know) and they put together the most amazing dozen roses my wife has ever received and she loved them and I looked great. Add a box of Mrs. Neslon’s chocolates and perfect!!! Thank you for a fantastic job.

I walked in here because I had second thoughts about doing my own floral arrangements. It was a very last minute request, and I had just come from Feeney Florist who basically lied and said none of the flowers I wanted were in my budget or in season.
Feeling disheartened, I went to the florist across the street instead (A Floral Moment by Juju Buds) and hoped she could at least do a little better, but I wasn’t very optimistic because of what I was just told. Well, when I told her what Feeney Florist told me she laughed outright, looked at the photo of the style I wanted, and told me she could do all 11 centerpieces, the sweetheart table, and my bouquet/groom’s boutonnière for just under $ 1,000.
I trusted her to carry out my vision since I didn’t time to request sample centerpieces. She NAILED it. Whenever I picked I flower that truly was out of my budget or out of season, she simply substituted with a similarly colored flower that was just as beautiful and knew how to stay within the rustic, wildflower garden look I was going for. My bouquet was one of the most gorgeous things I have ever seen.
I didn’t have time to give very much direction or to request sample centerpieces, but because of how professional the owner was, I knew I was in good hands. There was no muss or fuss and she worked with me to get me what I wanted while staying in my budget.
I highly recommend Judy. She is kind, professional, and she knows her stuff!

As cheesey as this sounds, the owner Judy just read my mind when it came to what I wanted. I gave her my budget and she exceeded my expectations entirely. She even delivered in the middle of a snow storm! The flowers were not only fresh and beautiful but the design was modern and fun. I ordered over the phone and let her decide what she’d like the arrangement to look like. I’m a total flower snob and the result was amazing. Judy, you’ve got my business for life!!!

My family has gotten flowers from JuJu Buds all the time. They are great at making the arrangements and delivering them on time. I actually know Judy, the owner, and she is always sweet to everyone. Sometimes my mom works there on holidays to help with the huge amounts of orders, and she says that it is great! I would give my recommendation to anyone.

My mom placed an online order through From You Flowers website, which then apparently got processed through a Floral Moment. She specifically ordered sunflowers in a tin case through the online order form and I ended up receiving yellow mums in a glass vase (and for anyone who knows flowers, off season sunflowers at $ 70 is a whole different level flower than mums you can buy at the local grocery store).
When she called Floral Moment to find out why her order was wrong, they stated that they didn’t have sunflowers on hand so they shipped flowers that were in stock. When my mom asked why she wasn’t contacted to inform her that the flowers were out of stock, they told her it wasn’t their responsibility. After arguing back and forth, the owner finally asked what she could do to rectify the situation (which was quite simple– send the correct flowers that were ordered).
The next day, I was delivered a nice arrangement of sunflowers. However, I found it quite odd that the delivery man demanded the wrong flowers to be given back. Luckily they were still in my office and I hadn’t brought them home but I just found that very bizarre. I appreciate the owner sending me the correct order, but the process was a pain to get the situation corrected.

Ordered flowers for a special someone earlier this week. First time ordering from JuJu’s; I have usually ordered from Feeney’s which is also in Chelmsford. Price was the motivating factor this time around.
I ordered online Tuesday night and selected Friday as the delivery date. The delivery was actually Thursday and the flowers came with a card apologizing for the early delivery due to the snow storm which was coming in. Perfectly understandable, although it would have been nice if I received an email or a call letting me know.
As for the flowers themselves, I was satisfied with the quality. I have enclosed a picture of what they look like 2 days after delivery. The vase, with the «Love» insignia, was a nice touch.
Overall, I’m happy with JuJu’s. The quality seems to match Feeney’s, but JuJu’s saved me about $ 15-​$ 20.

Market Basket offers a dozen roses for less than $ 25 ready to go when you walk in the door. I pre-​ordered a dozen roses from floral moment and they were not ready when I arrived hours later and yet they cost more than twice what Market Basket offers. Worse service, worse price, what gives?

I called A Floral Moment by JuJu Buds a few months ago order a bouquet of flowers for my boss. Because I know nothing about flowers, I called in the day before and told Judy that I wanted something bright and it was a thank you gift, and that was about it. She told me although she would not be in the shop the next day, she would leave specific instructions for Amanda. When I arrived the next morning, the flowers exceeded all expectations. They were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. Her amazing arrangements continued to be show stoppers when I received a beautiful holiday arrangement of roses at work last week from my dad. Let’s just say there was extra traffic flowing by my desk as co-​workers stopped by to admire them. I would recommend the A Floral Moment by JuJu Buds to anyone and will use JuJu Buds for all my floral needs in the future!

I came here to get flowers for a woman I’m dating. To my surprise I was bit nervous not knowing what to expect but the lady working there named Amanda made things very easy. I got a chance to pick out the ones and she arranged them beautifully. Price was at a good point. I had those flowers delivered that day and no problems whatsoever, my girl loved them. She told me they were the most beautiful flowers she’s ever received!

Amazingly creative designs. This is not just a flower shop, the owner is remarkable at what she does. I have ordered everything from funeral arrangements to a custom designed «Harry Potter» themed arrangment to centerpieces for a baby shower and everything she does she conquers with ease and beauty.
I also utilize her to order flowers from other parts of the country, she coordinates with like minded florists to fullfill the orders to her same standards. The shop is a funky little mix of florists plus gift shop, great to swing in for a «last minute» gift, funky jewelry and bric-​à-​brac.
The owner goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is completed and that all your expectations are met. Pricing is fair and she always delivers as promised, or even BETTER.

Friends sent me a floral arrangement from Floral Moments after I had surgery. It was a beautiful arrangement in an attractive funky purple vase. The flowers lasted a pretty long time. I’d definitely order from them if I need to send flowers.
(I hate the name of this place. What the hell is a «floral moment»? That has no impact on my rating, I just had to say it.)

I am hosting an event in April and went it to ask some questions regarding what they could do for me for the centerpieces. Once I said the event wasn’t until April they immediately said «Sorry, we can’t help you. Its two days until Valentines Day. Come back after the holiday.» There are enough people there that someone could have answered questions for five minutes and not disregarded me. I went right across the street to Feeney Florist and they were just as busy but didn’t tell me they couldn’t help me. The answered my questions and gave me additional ideas. Makes me a little nervous that they can’t seem to handle the busy season with still showing respect for customers. I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone. Horrible customer service

my cousin had ordered me a very different style bouquet for my birthday, floral moments by JuJu buds went above and beyond to make it a very special birthday bouquet. They are by far the best florist around.

Walked in to check the place out and the owner was wonderful! Talked to me and my kids for a long time about the plants and flowers. Picked out a succulent garden for my husband that is perfect.

Judy did such an amazingly fantastic job at our wedding! She was super helpful with choosing the perfect flower combinations and had extremely reasonable prices. You can tell that she loves her job and really cares about her customers. She quickly returns your phone calls and never rushes her clients. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Judy and Floral Moments for any and all flower-​requiring occasions!
