Very interesting seeing all the burnt out areas on the way to this property, that fire got real close here, and you can still smell some of it. Just cant imagine the air quality when it was full force, Im actually surprised there wasnt more cancellations here! That being said, the rooms have a real beautiful view of the lake, and are your normal good size in regards the units itself. nice kitchen, stackable washer dryer, The bathrooms seem smaller then most Worldmark resorts, specially the master bathroom and bedroom. Overall, nice property and would love to come back soon!

This is our first stay here, and this resort has met every expectation! We’ve stayed in many Workdmark locations, as owners, and this was one of the best! The condo is great– beds are a little stiff but learning that’s the norm with worldmark. Kitchen is stocked with some essentials, and as always, very clean! The resort has 5 pools! The fitness center is the best we’ve had at any hotel/resort we’ve been to and use it daily! It’s been great to have the boat launch, dock, and buoy for our boat! I just don’t understand the communication and customer service between The Lakehouse at Chelan and Lake Chelan Shores. Checking in at the Lakehouse to stay at Lake Chelan Shores is weird but not a big deal. It’s very frustrating when I have to call The Lakehouse when we’re staying at The Shores, and the staff at The Lakehouse can’t answer any of my questions or help us out. We’ve had several things come up within the last few days and haven’t had any successful help yet. I don’t like bashing people, as I know people in customer service work very hard to take care of your clientele and you can’t please everyone! But the two locations REALLY need to work on better communication with each other if they continue to operate as they do. Either 1. each location needs to operate as their own entity or 2. the two locations need to be able to help guests/owners interchangeably. I know we’ll come back, become we LOVE Lake Chelan, just really hope the staff steps it up a notch.

This attractive complex offers a great waterfront location, and friendly staff. Our condo is tiny but fully stocked with dishes and so forth. The grounds are well-kept and views of the hills are great. The onsite watertoy rentals are a plus. The peaceful, clean, spacious and lightly used beach and green lawns are flawless and make this a delightful place to relax. Crystal clear water, trees and umbrellas, plus several pools — really an oasis! The unit is only 3 stars, hopefully you would do better. The very clean sofa-bed is uncomfortable and I have to sit on a pillow or sink down. The ancient TV doesn’t play DVDs. The kitchenette has appliances circa 1965, lemon yellow. The furniture is early ‘70s blonde oak. There is clean, spotless linoleum in the bath and kitchenette areas. This place is extremely clean and I can’t fault the owners for anything except the hideous blinds which are covered with sheers to hide the fact that they are falling apart. The bedroom is odd and tiny, requires earplugs, and has an elderly, pilly comforter. With a daily rate of $ 200 and a 350 square foot condo, it’s not exactly what I expected. Lake Chelan is a blistering 99 degrees for most of July and August, apparently. I am here for a family function, and perhaps I’d like this place better if it was only 80 degrees outside.
