So this may be an unfair review since I have been to Paris and had authentic crepes, they do come fairly close! The way they prepare them is definitely authentic and they are very good! Would be five stars except for the fact that they put on the nutella slightly too early which gives it a burnt taste at times! However, majority of the time I have gotten them they have been very delicious and the best I have found in this country ;)

I ordered a Turkey Panini with Provolone and a cup of lobster bisque. I was the only customer and there were 3 people working. It took 10 minutes and when I finally got my order, it was an inverted sub roll with lame turkey slices and non-melted shredded cheese. I didn’t eat it so I can’t comment on the taste. The only thing good was that they refunded my money without any problems and they apologized for the sorry sandwich. See the picture. I don’t know about any of the other menu items but don’t bother with the panini.

I come here often for their gelato. Honestly, this is the best gelato I have ever had in the US. I want to give them 5 stars for just the gelato. I had to give them 4 stars because their food was not my favorite. It was good, just not great. I feel like the savory crêpe I had was just missing something. This was the second time I tried their food. I’m just going to stick to eating lots and lots of gelato!

Customer service was extremely poor last two visits. I really want to like place. I love the food and gelato but i will be not be coming back. I work in the food service industry. I always give the benefit of the doubt, but your staff is ruining the experience here.

It’s not my first time here for gelato crêpe. My previous experiences are quite delighted, I had firm unmelted gelato wrapped in cool crepes, sweetness and taste are just perfect. Today, I drove 30 min to walden galleria mall and looked for parking lots for 20 min, just to have dessert at Orazio’s. My expectation and excitement all turned down by the awful experience they offered today! I strongly doubt they have different combinations of chief and staffs everyday because today’s ones clearly have no idea how to make gelato crêpe! I ordered 8 ounce gelato and by the time I cut my crêpe, it completely melt inside! Eh! So gross! Am I supposed to eat melted gelato with soaked crêpe? Hell no! So I immediately went to them and asked for a solution. The staff claimed there’s no way they can put gelato in a crêpe. This is ridiculous I said since it’s my at least fourth time here ordered for it. So they took back my plate and seemed to get me a new one. I’m soft hearted, so when they handed me over the new plate, I just took it without checking. When I went back to my seat and cut it open, it’s the most awful moment in this awful experience! The gelato was still melted and what’s worse, there was only 1 ounce gelato tops left in there!!! I paid for 8 ounce and eventually only get 1 ounce melted gelato? Omg. I will never come to this place again until I saw those staffs I knew! Gross gelato crêpe picture is uploaded in the album.

From free Gelato samples of many flavors to a huge selection of crepes — you are sure to find something that suits your taste. I ordered the pizza crêpe — which melts in your mouth. Five stars is an understatement. And the crêpe itself was equally — superb. The size was generous — filling a regular size dinner plate — and cost $ 6.95. I did not order anything to drink — so did not fill up on beverage — and even with a healthy appetite — I couldn’t eat anymore– so I think you’ll be happy with the portion size. By the way — everyone was very friendly and ready to serve their customers. If you can’t tell by now, I recommend ORAZIO’S!

The staff was very nice. I ordered a strawberry banana chocolate crêpe. The portion size is large. The place was very clean. I would definitely go here again. I only wish there was a standalone restaurant closer to me.

Was shopping at the mall and decided to check out the food court. Stopped at Orazios… for one of their Crepes. Also tried the Pasta with Vodka Sauce. The portions were enormous and flavor was great! They offered samples of the dessert crepes and this day they were doing a cinnamon sugar and it tasted fantastic… soft, buttery and sweet… The staff was very friendly and helpful in ideas for selections and descriptions of the menu. They also have great lunch specials. We tried the Buffalo Chicken Crêpe… We also had a Chicken Pasta with Vodka Sauce. The drinks are bottles. .and not drink taps if that matters to you. . I recommend a try…

Have eaten here many times and have not had a bad crêpe yet! I had the seafood crêpe yesterday and it was loaded with shrimp, lobster, and crab with a lobster cream sauce — AMAZING!!! This is by far the best deal for quality food in the food court. Why wait in line for hours at a restaurant when you can get this great a meal and get your shopping done too. The gelato as dessert is incredible as well — every flavor I have had is so creamy and perfectly flavored!

Compact: Crepes at the food court. Well worth a visit. Expanded: First visit to the Walden Galleria food court. Never thought I’d be eating here actually. Had to look at the mall maps to find it. But I came here because of the Unilocal reviews of this specific place. It’s in the back of the food court. Near The Cheesecake Factory and some of the other sit down restaurants. I had a savory crêpe. The margarita one. It was certainly edible. But was swimming in butter. Now I’ve made some crepes in my time and know you don’t have to smother them in butter. They should be able to stand on their own. Other than the excess butter though it was quite tasty. I did get the«lunch special» which means a salad and drink are added for an additional $ 1.95. I would pass on that next time. The salad was a few leaves with some dressing. Not worth it. My crêpe was brought out to me, but that may have been because I was there when it was not super busy. The seating in the food court is comfortable and spacious. I’ll be back as I think they can do better and I may not have made the best choice ever. I hope to increase stars then. Mall hours and mall parking.

Ordered the caprese crêpe and lobster bisque. It was awesome! Great alternative to the rest of the food court of chains or greasy food. Will definitely make it a point to go there again when I shop!

I finally got to try a savory crêpe from this place and found it to be mediocre. I had such high hopes only to have them dashed with the first two bites. Crepes are so difficult to come by I wish there were more options available. Although the crêpe itself was good, the ingredients of the Mediterranean just didn’t pull it together. Olives, tomatoes, spinach, onions and feta composed the filling. I don’t know what it was, it just did not really work well. In this instance I would have been happier with a sweet crêpe. Perhaps too I have been spoiled by the savory veggie crêpe from Fresh Healthy.

Ordered a mango sorbetto and it was AMAZING. Tasted like puréed mango, frozen. I’m not sure if they make their product but it’s really good! Looking forward to trying a crêpe at some point!

I have a feeling that once folks discover this place they’ll happily stand in line! Not your average food court fare.

Orazio’s Restaurant, located on Main Street in Clarence, NY is very well known for their homemade Italian food which consistently collects many awards at Taste of Buffalo and Taste of Clarence each year. They serve their award winning Pasta con Vodka among many other traditional and specialty Italian meals… but this review is not about that location! This is, however, about the owner, Orazio Ippolito’s new venture, located in the food court at the Walden Galleria Mall. He just opened this specialty last month I visited today to check things out and was not disappointed. They serve a good variety of different gelato flavors. I love gelato and I know good stuff when I taste it. I had the Dark Chocolate Cappucino and it was AMAZING. So flavorful and rich but not overly sweet. I washed it down with an espresso. I skipped coffee this morning, so I was trying to make up for it! Ha. To my delight, the espresso was made by a state of the art machine and served in a little paper Dixie cup. It’s literally the size of a shot glass and packs a delicious punch. For some who may not know, this is how espresso is supposed to be done. I’m not gonna act like I’ve traveled to Italy and know this is how«real Italians» drink espresso, but I am a caffeine connoisseur and spent some time in Miami at little Cuban cafes that serve espresso like this. I also tried the Tahitian vanilla gelato and that was also very good and creamy. Save your calories for the dark chocolate Cappucino though. I will be updating this when I return to try the real draw to this place… the crepes. They have a «sweet» menu and a «savory» menu. The sweet menu features crepes with things such as Nutella with strawberry and banana, Grand Marnier and a variety of others. The coolest feature of this place… the glassed in area where you can watch the chefs prepare the crepes. Orazio’s is not your typical food court occupant… the marble counter tops and amenities will make you forget everything else that’s around. Go there soon, and be prepared to be delighted!
