I ordered some copies of my resume online and picked them up at this location.
I walked in and stood in line as the guy working was already waiting on a customer. After 2 minutes he realized he was going to be awhile with the customer so he asked me my name on the order. He found my order and since I paid online, he handed me my copies and I was on my way!

I’m really annoyed by this location. Arrived at 4:40 pm on Friday and they close at 9. There was a sign on the door that says «please excuse any inconvenience. Will return in 10 minutes.» I waited 20 minutes before I left. The man who was leaving when I pulled up had been waiting 15 minutes already and he said this has happened twice before. In the meantime about 6 angry customers came and went, including the fedex ground delivery truck. I understand emergencies happen but this sounds like a pattern. If you’re going to post hours that say open until 9pm please be there until 9pm! Or at least schedule a second person. I will certainly not return to this location again!
