please save yourself the trouble. i rented a car trailer at this location… i live in Atlanta, GA and my dad was going to pick up the trailer and get my car down here and bring it back to them that day okay? well the girl on the phone… Rosie… said that the total of everything minus tax would be 54 dollars. well when my dad got to Atlanta to pick up my car he said they charged me 71 dollars… ummm??? that doesn’t sound like 54 to me.
so i have called them all day… however they are experiencing high call volumes apparently all hours of the day. I talked to a lady with their customer service department and she said they put insurance on my card… well they told my dad it was required… on the confirmation email it says its optional. and the customer service lady agreed that it was indeed optional.
So i am still trying to call these people to get my money back… because HELLO! this isnt happening.
