Target Stores

This is the closest Target to us. Sadly it seems like it shows its wear and tear though. The entry way seems a bit beat up and worn. But I appreciate the carts and wipes being so handy.
In particular I like the ease of finding what I’m looking for. Things don’t get moved around very much which I appreciate.
The service is so so. I rarely get asked if I need help from an associate but the cashiers always seem to be very kind and helpful.
I rarely come here for food or to dine. But it would be nice to see a Starbucks in the store like so many Targets across the country.

I love love love Target, but here in the Chattanooga area there are only two Targets, neither one are very close to me. I usually go to Hixson location but the Gunbarrel location is closer to my work.
I haven’t had the best experiences at this location in the past, but yesterday I ordered an air conditioner online as my window unit in my bedroom just died and it’s been over 100 degrees out. I got a great deal online and the item was in stock and I could pick it up that day.
I was going to do some shopping first but there weren’t any of the handicap scooters available. The 2 they had out were not charged. I have to use one at the moment due to recent foot surgery. Ok, well, I guess I’ll just get my A/​C and go.
The Customer Service Rep was very kind and accommodating. She inquired about my cast and I asked if I could get help putting the unit in my car. She was very friendly and said, of course we’d be happy to help you. They had me get my car to the front of the store and a very nice young man put it in the car for me.
So I loved the Customer Service but was sad I couldn’t do more shopping because there weren’t any scooters to use.

I love target. Really, I do. But not this target. More often than not, this target is very dirty; trash is all over the floor and overflowing from trash cans both inside and outside the store. A lot of the selection is very limited, especially the grocery side. I’ve definitely been to better targets and will strive to find a better one closer to me.

Very trashy store. Doesn’t look like other target’s I have been in. Not nearly as clean or neat.
