If I could give this place a 0 I would. The employees and the manager are rude. I asked for some fruit and a latte. The girl said «We are not a FreshMarket grocery store,» in a tone that was way beyond rude. I was shocked so I called the manager and he sided with her! Needless to say stay clear away and get ur coffee at the Hamilton Place location they were shocked when I informed them. They asked me to inform the head offices bc a lot of people are complaining about that store…

Long story short… The manager CHRIS and one of his Batista’s, blonde hair/​older woman/​short/​somewhat thin/a.m. shift… Are both very very rude. Had a problem on 4 different occasion with this woman and Chris apparently believes that treating customers like shit, is okay. Will never go back to this location.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 tall café mochas and 1 grande white chocolate mocha. I couldn’t believe it when I tasted my white chocolate mocha… They forgot to put the white chocolate mix! I had my wife taste it to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Unfortunately I was too far down the road to turn back. Never been disappointed at Starbucks until today. I will avoid this location from now on.

The place was pretty filthy. Crumbs were scattered throughout, window sills were dusty and appeared as though they hadn’t been dusted in weeks, and, worst of all, there were dead insects on the window sills (near the floor). I saw them in multiple locations. I was there for over 3 hours and didn’t see anyone attempt to clean the floors, tables, nor windows — until they were about to close. The place wasn’t nearly busy enough to justify their complacency and lack of cleanliness. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

I have gone out of my way to visit this Starbucks because it is so great compared to others in the area (seriously, let’s not even talk about the Hixson location). The baristas here are very nice and service is fast!

I am hoping that the chick in the drive thru is in training. I ordered a vinte mocha frap no whip and I got a white chocolate frap. I HATE WHITE CHOCOLATE! There goes $ 6 out the window.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in Chattanooga. I usually just hit the drive through but they are always fast and super friendly! I wish the location was a little better as far as accessibility but that seems to be a norm for most Starbucks in this town. I will still stop by every time I pass by!

Trust me, I’ve been to A LOT of Starbucks and this one of the better ones. For drinks and employees, the Brainerd Road location is definitely my first choice in town. Though not the fastest service I’ve ever had, the staff here is always cheerful– which makes up for the occasional wait of a few minutes. The interior could be a bit larger and cozier but as I usually just «grab and go», this doesn’t impact me too terribly much. Truly, no complaints :-)
