Recently, searching for a particular odd-​ball computer a/​v device. Spent morning on line, on phone, and on road in Radio Shacks, B Buys, hhgreg, and two indy computer shops.
These guys were the ONLY outlet that suggested ordering th device through their dist center.
Did so. Promised in 3 days; arrived in 2. Correct, as promised.

Well, it is pretty rare I give one star. Bought a receipt scanner and had to stand there for ten minutes waiting for the manager to get it out of lockup so he could continue his sales pitch on a laptop. Guy Merritt looking at me, knew I was waiting and could not excuse himself for two minutes to help. Cashier kept apologizing but it was certainly not her fault.
