I recently moved to the chattanooga area from another state. My compliments for S.O.C is that everyone is very friendly. The problem for me was that they really pushed for all new x-​rays even though I insisted my daughter and I had up to date x-​rays from our last dentist that could be sent to their office. After talking on the phone with my former dentist office they still insisted on doing more X-​rays so I finally agreed as long as they checked to make sure my insurance would cover the cost. They assured me all was covered. Needless to say I was shocked a month later when I received a bill for 140.00 dollars. Not to crazy about soda and cookies available in the waiting area either!

I love Stephanie my hygienist. She is caring, listens well in fact everyone on Dr Gallien’s staff listens, genuinely cares and responds so kindly. I trust them with my care and send them lots of wonderful thoughts…

I had my teeth cleaned today by Amanda at Smiles of Chattanooga! It was a great experience, she was very gentle, thorough and informative of my needed treatment. Whenever I go in the office, I am greeted by a friendly face that is actually glad to see me, customer service is the best and they really take time to get to know you too! I feel right at home with everyone on the Smiles team! Highly recommend it to anyone needing a dentist, Dr. Gallien and Dr. Cosby are the best! This is truly the BEST dental office in the country!!!
