I got a facial by Jessica. She was so sweet, helpful and professional, without trying too hard to sell me the products they use. The space is very clean and atmosphere is very relaxing. I will definitely be returning for my next facial!

I have been a client of Jessica for facials, peels, and waxing for several years and recently visited the Skin & Brow Room to try out eyelash extensions as well.
As this was my first time getting eyelash extensions, Jessica explained the whole process to me clearly and was very patient with all of my questions and fidgeting during the application process. I absolutely love the results. I have not worn any mascara since I got my lashes done and the extensions make my daily routine much shorter and I don’t have to worry about mascara smudges like before. I have received a lot of compliments and the end result looks very natural.
Having visited many spas in Chattanooga, I have been disappointed to spend a lot of money on facials that have been very relaxing but light on the actual cleansing and skin improvement. The facials I have received at Skin and Brow have provided an experience that is both pampering (the best facial massages!) but is also very thorough– including a great skin consultation, steam, exfoliation, and mask. The peels have greatly reduced my sun spots and problem skin areas– and I have followed Jessica’s advice regarding sunscreen and a regular skin care regimen.
Jessica is also the only person I go to for waxing in Chattanooga. She is very quick and thorough and she pays attention to make sure you get exactly what you want.
I highly recommend Skin & Brow’s spa services. For anyone who travels for work like me it is the perfect all-​in-​one shop for my skincare needs.

I recently found Skin & Brow Room randomly looking through the «Local Fare» magazine where they had a 20% off coupon! WIth just moving to Chattanooga I didn’t know where to start my search and thought this was a sign! I called to see if there would be time to squeeze me in and it turns out it was my lucky day — another client was running behind so Jess could see me right away! I have had the same woman doing my eyebrows for the past 10 years so I was a little apprehensive about the whole process but knew my eyebrows were in desperate need of attention. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. Jess greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. The spa is welcoming, clean and modern. All in all I think it took around 15 – 20 minutes (or at least it felt that fast) to do my lip and brows. I am so thrilled with the outcome and will certainly be a repeat customer!
