Rone Regency Jewelers

I gave Rone a one star based on my experience related to customer service, timeliness, quality of work.
My fiancé and I went to get our engagement ring sized at Rone. We had to get the ring resized twice because the first time it was sized too small. We did not feel like we received good guidance on sizing both times we went in (both repairs were done at Rone). The first time they resized the ring it took exactly the 2 weeks they said it was going to take (which seemed like a long time, but it was on time). However, the second time they resized the ring it took them 3 weeks — a week longer than expected. Each time we called to see if it was ready we were given an excuse about why it wasn’t ready. It wasn’t until we said we were picking it up, whether it was sized or not, that an hour later it some how was done. In terms of the quality of the work, it came back scuffed and the shaping looks off.
Upon picking up the ring the staff was apologetic and did give me a discount but that did not alleviate my frustration and the quality of the repair, so I plan to take my business elsewhere for future repairs and purchases.
