This is a very large but older Red Lobster. You can get lost walking around in here. It has a small bar area near the entrance and the rest of the place wraps around it into several rooms. I have been here many times over the years so my rating is averaged for the good and bad. Food wise, it’s a Red Lobster so the food has normally been what I expect, which is why I come back. I love the shrimp and Lobster Tails. Service here can be spotty. It’s so big that you can be forgotten depending on your seating location. Don’t let them put you in a corner… Never put baby in a corner. Even with some service issues in the past they always seem to make up for it. I am understanding of how difficult the job is in such a large layout. Bar is another story though. It’s just to small and rarely staffed well. The people working in the bar are good but they are making drinks for entire restaurant so can forget to check on you if you sit at bar. Overall, I will continue to go back. Some days it’s s 4⁄5 star, sometimes you just eat and get out.

It’s Red Lobster. I mean, I don’t really expect a whole lot. I have been coming here my whole life(not to this particular location) because I was pretty much forced to by my family. Now that my grandmother has passed away, my Aunts, my cousins and I meet here twice a year to «celebrate» her life.(This was her favorite restaurant.) While I would still never willingly come here on my own, I have to admit Red Lobster has really stepped up their game. They have several healthy options on the menu including grilled fish, broccoli, asparagus and(very tasty) Brussels sprouts. The restaurant was nice and clean and so were the bathrooms. The server was a little snippy, but I can’t hold it against her since we were a table of 5 picky women. I’ll be back here again only because I have to be, but I certainly don’t dread it as much as I used to!

Let me start by saying I have not eaten here in a while and I was excited to eat here today and looked forward to some good, hot, fresh food. In past visits, they were good but today was just meh. The only reason why I even gave a 3 star was because of our awesome waitress Ashley. She was great and came to our table at just the right times and wasn’t overdoing it. She was friendly and you could tell she likes her job. Other than that, I really liked my Triple Berry Sangria but the food could have been better, even though it looks pretty and it looks good. Step your game up Red Lobster. With so many local places to choose from that sell seafood, we decided to come to Red Lobster. But we won’t be back for a long time unless you all step it up like you used to.

Went for the all you can eat shrimp… walked in the front door and immediately noticed food & balled up/dirty napkins next to the hostess station. My daughter went to the restroom when she came back she said«Mommy the restroom is disgusting, toilet paper was all over the floor & it is dirty tables everywhere» we decided to leave and go to J Alexander’s. They really need to clean that place. I understand that they are busy however every other restaurant around Hamilton Place is as well especially on Sunday’s and none seem to be this dirty.

Excellent seating. Very attractive waitresses that will wait on you hand and foot. The all you can eat shrimp was pretty amazing and I swear i ate like 60 shrimp. If I get sick oh well it was very good. Also I like beer.

It’s been over a year since I’ve eaten at this location. I remembered why. Slow service and expensive dishes that are mediocre at best. Fresh catch of the day is Cod for $ 17.99? That’s insulting for a fish that could be purchased fresh for less than $ 8/lb.

Stopped in for lunch and had a salad and sweet chili shrimp appetizer. Food was OK, service was wonderful. Sat in the bar area and had Lorri take care of me, she was a delight!

This is my first time as a Red Lobster patron after Darden’s sale of the iconic seafood chain restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing that caught my eye was the menu. The cover was very pretty and high quality, and the food selections now include a lot more lobster! I do not frequent Red Lobster a whole lot so I can’t say for sure, but I truly remember a lot more shrimp selections than I do lobster. We enjoyed the Bay Harbor Lobster Bake, which was an assortment of mussels, well-sized scallops, shrimp, and a couple of lobster tails abed linguini. We also tried the Roasted Maine Lobster Bake, which had more lobster tails, a half of a corn on the cob, and small potatoes cooked to be so wonderfully soft. Our appetizer was the Seafood Lettuce Wraps. The flavor was pretty good, but beware this is served with iceberg lettuce even though the photo shows differently. Operationally, there could be some improvements, since there were empty tables, while the waiting area was packed. The service was good and met expectations. I look forward to seeing what the new Red Lobster will continue to become.

We had an enjoyable meal with friends. It was a Suturday night and parking was difficult but once we got in the service was good and everyone was happy.

Made the mistake of coming on a Friday night and the place was packed with no parking. I had to park across the street in the Talbot’s parking lot. The good part was that even though they had people waiting everywhere, we waited about 20 minutes for a table. They move people in and out quick. So, I’m not a big fan of chain restaurants but my mom wanted to go here. We both had a lobster dish(she had hers with shrimp and I had my with steak). The food is average and of course if you have ever eaten here, you know the bread that they serve is dangerously delicious and addicting. Our waiter was amazing and very sweet.

3 Shrimp Trio Review Every year, I visit my family in Chattanooga. Every year, we inevitably end up making one visit to this particular Red Lobster to meet up with my sister’s BF and company. So, there’s like 10 people or so with pretty different taste. It’s an okay place to eat if all you really want is a bunch of fried food that resembles fresh seafood. This year, I got the 3 Shrimp Trio. The food was extremely salty and extremely greasy. It is not for the even remotely health-conscious. I will be there next year. ;-)
