After going to the Dollywood area and having the best ice cream ever. Excellent staff offering multiple toppings fantastic was my family’s words. So we came home and what do u know we have one near us but never would I go back after our visit. The shop was dirty and the woman who served us put maybe 2 of each topping we asked for she even rushed it and slapped it in the cone before my son could ask for another. The cones were poorly made and stale. Very sad … Feels like the owners on doing it on the cheap!

Ice cream a little pricey for a family, nice staff, beware of going before closing, womens restroom had no paper towels, no hand soap, I told the employee and he never stocked it. We sat outside to eat due to us coming in 4 minutes before closing. Ice cream was a very soft and melted quickly.

I had a loyalty card for a free small ice cream, but they wouldn’t honor it. I’d gotten the card stamped 5 times, as required, but the lady said no. I’ll never go there again.

Their marble slab isn’t cold enough my cone melted all over me before I got to the car and it wasn’t even that hot outside I wanted to smear it on their window so they’d have to clean it off like I had to clean myself off but my wife wouldn’t let me

We are visiting the area for a week-long softball tournament and were in search for some great ice cream to share with the team. This is not the place. Average ice cream, no uniqueness, they skimp on the toppings and are overpriced for what you get. Generally disappointing.

My family has been to this MS location many times, and the quality of the ice cream and sorbets is always good. The price of the ice cream can be a bit high for a large family, but the entertainment of the mixing and creating station is great. The flavor and mix-in varieties are wonderful, and they give plenty of reasons to come back for more. My one gripe about our most recent trip centers on the advertisements around the store for a $ 5 coupon available for downloading their«Slab Happy» app and signing up for their email offers. Though the store promotes this service, they«don’t participate I the points program,» and as a double whammy, the corporate email coupon never arrived. All in all, this location is fun, reasonably quick for the service type, and open log enough for a dessert after a mall-area meal. The interior is a little small, so if you’re determined to go with a crowd, plan for standing room only!

Marble… Slab…Creamery? I come from a Cold Stone area, and… that’s just so hilarious to me. The first«Marble Slab» opened in ’83, but was under a different name. The first Cold Stone opened in ’88. I’m interested to know which came first because someone clearly said«Cold Stone, eh? We need synonyms, and quick!!!» So, hilarious name aside, Marble Slab does what they claim to do. They don’t have as many pre-thunked up creations as Cold Stone, but the finished product is just as good. They also have this frosted sugar cone that looks delicious, but deadly. No way I’m going near it. This location has a super drab looking sign outside. Just white letters on the building, from what I recall. Not particularly showy, which I suppose isn’t a terrible thing.
