Well as it stands I’ve been waiting here for 2 ½ hours for them to open. EVERY other business in the mall is open and I had an appointment @ 10:15. Here it is 12:15 and no doctors have even showed. No call to let me know what’s going on. Once they finally showed up and got me in the office the staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Bordash seems to be a nice guy and I will go back to do business here. Typically in a situation like this my appointment would have required a co-pay. I believe they waved my co-pay because of the fact that I had to wait 3 hours to see a doctor. Once I was seeing the service was five star but I feel a four star rating as fair as of now.

This has to be possibly the worst lens crafters I have ever been too. I started going here after the old office that I went too closed down and the doctor moved to this location. Everytime I call or try to book a eye exam the doctor is never here and there are a billion and one excuses as to why not. I have been trying to get contacts for 6MONTHS and I can’t because of the lack of an eye exam. The service is terrible, they WILLFINDANYPOSSIBLEREASONTONOTHELPYOU, all I’ve needed is contacts and all I ever get is lip and attitude and a terrible time. DONOT and repeat DONOTCOMEHERE if you are expecting to be helped or get contacts or an exam or anything of the life. The ladies sit on their ass and are met interested in their personal lives then actually doing their job. And don’t come here on a Monday thinking the eye doctor will be here, they won’t. And fuck the brown hair bitch, she is the worst

The glasses are good. The computer driven process seems to take a lot of the possibility of errors of the process. But of the three times I’ve been to LensCrafters it has been woefully understaffed. The wait times just to pick up a pair of complete glasses has been inexcusable. I will not be back again.

Although I’m happy with the glasses, the service from this place is non-existent…not to mention they flat out lie to you to keep your business. I spent over $ 400 on a pair of prescription glasses while I was there visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday. After they’d sold me the glasses, they informed me they weren’t in stock, but they could overnight them to me back in Atlanta, where I reside. I was told«midweek» of the following week at the latest. As far as I’m concerned, «midweek» means no later than Wednesday. When Thursday rolled around and they still hadn’t arrived, I called and was told they were in the lab and just needed to be shipped out. I explained that my expectation was they would be overnighted, as they were already past the promised arrival date. The man on the phone just hemmed and hawed and said he would do «everything in my power» to get them to me overnight. What exactly is that supposed to mean? How is it not«in your power» to mark«overnight» on the UPS form? Obviously, they already had my $ 438, so they decided to save the extra $ 10 it would have taken to overnight them. As a result, it was another whole week before I got my glasses. Well, Lenscrafters of Chattanooga, I want to give you the«pennywise but pound foolish» award, and assure you that I will cost you a whole heck of a lot more than the $ 10 you saved yourself on shipping. I will make sure to tell anyone who will listen that you are not trustworthy and that doing business with you is a mistake.
