Great beds and very clean property. Front desk staff was kind. Breakfast area was well stocked. Decorations are nice. My husband stays here each week and it is a nice property.

Nice hotel, rooms, staff and excellent wi-fi. My daughters enjoyed the clean indoor heated pool. Here’s the bad part: I got food poisoning from the breakfast of eggs and sausage. I got ill with in about 1.5 hours and was sick for 2 days. I know food poisoning is hard to prove the exact cause. So just take my warning and be sure to report it if you do get ill.

Stayed here in Oct 2014 and everything was great. Stayed twice, two different dates in July 2015, Really gone downhill. First time bed sheets had large stains and lots of hair on bathroom floor(5th floor room). Complained and moved to another room(4th floor). No stains but hair in the corners on the bathroom floor. Second stay(6th floor) we found hair in the corners of the bathroom. Mold in the shower and balls of hair in the closet. Won’t be back.

Great downtown location, within walking distance of most the restaurants, attractions and awesome Walnut Street bridge. Parking lot was so… frigging tight and I have driven in NYC for years. If there are no spots you have to back out, I didn’t like that. Rooms were fine. If you have a loud talker in neighboring room you will hear every word. The air conditioner blows straight on the bed. We finally got smart and put a chair in front of it. We asked for a cot for one of the nights(for my little niece) and were told we could not have one as it was a «fire escape issue!!!» Really?!? We had room for 5 side by side cots in the room. Hell in most cities there would be another hotel room in that space. What was more comical is we saw cots going into other rooms that were much tighter. So, not sure if front female agent was lazy, or just didn’t like cots, or didn’t know the rules. Either way we weren’t happy.

I’ve not been to a Hampton Inn in years. But trip advisor recommended this place and I now see why. Excellent staff. Clean. Free WiFi and my king suite was roomie and well designed.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel when we visited Chattanooga. It was a good price and a great room for my boyfriend, my 3 year old and myself. The breakfast and free cocktails in the afternoon were a great added bonus. the only reason im giving 4 stars is because we asked for extra towels and they took a long while to come(after having to call) Other then that we do recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again if we come back.

If you are near the Hamilton Place part of Chattanooga, I would recommend staying here. It was brand new and very clean. My sister, dad, and I were in town for a funeral and the hotel offered the family a special rate since so many of us were staying there which was very nice. We arrived on Friday afternoon and got checked into our room right away. My dad inquired about a suite but the only suites they offer had a King size bed in them and a pull out sofa. No queen suites in case you wondered. Our room and bathroom were a nice size and had a microwave and refrigerator in them. The dining room downstairs was spacious and there was a great outdoor fireplace area for eating at also. The hotel even offered up some of its meeting spaces for our family to visit as the services which I thought was a great gesture. We only had 2 issues while staying there and one of them was not a big deal at all while the other wasn’t even the hotels fault. My sister had some schoolwork to do and was having some issues with the Wifi. The front desk was very helpful in getting her hooked up to the Wifi so she could get her work done. The other issue was the screaming child that seem to think 1:15am was a great time to throw a fit. I called the front desk and asked that they say something to that room which they said they would. It went on for about 30 minutes and finally quieted down. No fault of the hotels at all but I was wishing that the parents would have taken the child out of the room and into the lobby to finish that tantrum. I can’t imagine we were the only room that woke up. We had a great stay so if you are in the area, I would recommend staying here.

4.5 stars, great stay in a king suite. New hotel, fresh and modern décor, friendly staff, free wi-fi, good complimentary breakfast(including eggs, fried potatoes, waffles, etc), and convenient location right off the interstate and next to Hamilton Place Mall. Rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave, plus free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby 24 hours. The only downside was the dirty floor in the bathroom area of my room when I arrived, looked like footprints, which remained after the room was serviced the second day. I could have called someone up, but eh. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I love this brand new hotel. The room is not the biggest, not big at all actually, but the lay out is a lot better. Bath room(my room with walk in shower no tub) is pretty spacious, again the lay out is very good. Thd only issue i have, my room has extra guess. I have like 7 lady bugs that i caught and release in the hall way. Not a bother, until they start flying in the room, hitting the light shade, wall, etc Over all a good hotel, a lot of food/restaurant. From the mall’s food court to high class dine in.
