The facility is convenient to where I live, very clean, trainers are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you try them out for free for a couple of days you will come back

Might as well be called Planet Fitness. The ‘rules’ included no grunting, do not drop your weights, etc. Which is fine… at PF. This is supposed to be Gold’s Gym. A bodybuilder’s gym. Far cry from it. Their free wight section was sad. A single squat rack, 2 benches. This is a nice facility, it’s just overrun by cardio equipment and strength machines. Definitely directed at the more casual lifter. I used a VIP pass that I signed up for online, and the guy tried to charge me $ 15 since I was not a ‘local’.
