This is the best place in town for home décor fabrics. Amazing number of choices, and if they don’t have it in stock, they’ll find it and order it for you.
Early spring is the time to shop their ‘Sunbrella shorts’ rack. At 10.95 a yard it’s less than 50% of the normal price of the fabric. If you can be flexible about what you need/​want, you can make a killing on the Sunbrella alone.
Staff is friendly and helpful. And it’s really not that hard to find once you know where it is, LOL.

Lovely store for upholstery fabric (only) — great prices on Sunbrella — friendly staff — will definitely be back when it’s time to recover my outdoor cushions!

Getting lost in this textile maze was fun. I was in search of a simple black and white fabric for curtains. The couple that own the business were very friendly and helpful, showing me every black and white option in stock. And just as I was about to settle on one choice, the gentleman alerted me to the special Bargain Room in the back — score!
I love the fabric I chose and three yards came under $ 20. I want to learn how to sew just so I have an excuse to go back to this store.
