Good, safe-seeming location with polite staff. Can’t rate it too highly, as the first(outside access — second floor) room they put us in had ants all over the place. They apologized and quickly gave us a different room(inside access — third floor) which was very clean. We both slept well and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was a little lackluster, as it was all bagels, cereal, and toast. There was some frozen microwavable omelets, but they didn’t look too appetizing. All in all, it ended up as a fine place to stay — after we requested a different room. Your best bet would be to request a third floor room upon check in.

This hotel is a half way point for our trip to Florida. First time we stayed it was $ 50 and the best thing is right next to a Cracker Barrel and we can get those pecan pancakes! Always clean, comfy bed, good place to shower and sleep on a 16 hour road trip.

Picked this hotel while driving based on a special price deal of the day and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. We were checked in by the bubbly Jocelyn who was way too happy. She really made us feel welcome and she was a treat after 12 hours on the road. The room was clean as a whistle, came with a fridge and a microwave and looked like it had not been stayed in for years which was nice. The bed was super comfy and once in bed we didnt hear a peep from inside or outside. It was a great bargain and a great nights sleep.

I went on a road trip with my sister and we stayed at Days Inn. Check in is kind of late in my opinion. It was at 3pm. I had actually booked a room and payed online about a month and a half in advance, on the paper it says that check in was at 11am. So that messed up our whole day. The staff was a little rude as well which I really did not appreciate. When we finally got to our room it smelled really bad! This is a smoke-free hotel and it smelled like smoke and mouth wash. We actually had to open the door and air it out. It took like 2 hours for the smell to go away. The towels in the room were damp and the bathroom was really small. Online it said there was no microwave and there was no mini fridge. We would have saved money by buying food and heating it in the microwave for our meals. So when we got there and saw it we were very surprised and a little irritated. As two college students we try and save money by doing the little things like that. They need to update their website if the microwave and fridge is there. I was a little disappointed with breakfast. They had cereal, different kinds of bread, and a waffle maker. They had oranges that had some green on them, and they had microwavable omelets and thats it. It was also a very small area so people were tripping on each other, there were long lines, and we had to take out food back to our room because there was no place to sit.Disappointing. However there were a few things that were good. The bed was comfortable and blankets were comfortable, and I had full control of the air because I like my hotel rooms cold. I purchased my ticket through and got a better deal, so for the price, the hotel wasn’t too bad. I have to stay at this one again in a couple months for a trip with my brother so at least I know what to expect next time.

While looking for a budget friendly place to sleep while driving from Florida back to Wisconsin, Chattanooga seemed like the place to stay, i found this place the reviews looked alright so i thought i’d give it a shot. I Arrived around midnight, and the guy at the front desk was helpful, friendly and easy going. Just the person you wanted to deal with when you got to your hotel. We went to our room and pretty much crashed, the bed was actually pretty awesome for being such a «cheap» room. the TV was decent, they had a little chair to sit in. The bathroom was kind of tight, but not a real issue for us, i suppose if you have kids it might be a concern, If i come through this area again i’m sure i’ll be staying here.

Stayed here for an overnight on the way north. Check in went well. I had booked 2 rooms through well in advance. Rooms were next door to one another. We gave my mom one room and went to the second. The room smelled-BAD. The air wasn’t on so I turned it on to see if it would clear out. They were totally booked due to a special event. I didn’t really want to move us both anyway. I needed to stay nearby to my mom’s room. As we were there I realized just how filthy the room was. Hair and other dirt all over the floor and actually in the bed. The carpet was all heaved up and lumpy and the room had obviously been flooded. Exhausted, my fiancée fell asleep. The smell gave me a headache and sore throat. In the morning I went to the desk to alert them of the issue. I stood there for over 5 minutes. Of the three people behind the desk, no one looked up to speak to me as they chatted with each other about one if the girls working in the breakfast room. 2 stars because the mattress was nice as was the TV. The breakfast was pitiful.

Free access to an awesome gym a mile away is a huge perk. Very nice otherwise; typical remodeled and upgraded Days Inn. Internet works ok. Taking off one star because the bathroom doesn’t have a fan and my husband is in there right now…

Thankfully the room was clean. I will not be staying at a Days Inn again however. Upon check in I listened to multiple complaints from other guests about cleanliness — this was not inspiring. After discovering our room keys did not work we tracked back to the front desk and had to wait on the clerk to have her cell phone conversation with a friend who was needing bailed out of jail.(Not kidding). It seemed to be a theme in Chattanooga — most servers/staff would rather talk to their friends, co-workers, on their cell phones… than actually serve the customer. Having relied on an 8.7 star review and attractive pricing on — I wish I had done more research. They have made an attempt at updating the rooms — which was appreciated. The bedding was nice enough — we needed more pillows. I’m not a fan of outward street facing doors — again wish I had done more research. It’s next to the mall in Chattanooga so it was quite a trek to attractions and downtown Chatt. Approx 20 mins to downtown and over a half hour to lookout mountain. We drove right past some more appealing options before getting to Days Inn. I would suggest the Hilton Garden Inn or staying closer to downtown Chatt to others looking at this location as an option. It felt more like a roadside motel and the staff did not assist in my feeling more secure/happy with my stay. Compliments to house keeping though… the rooms were surprisingly clean and I’m pretty OCD so that’s a real accomplishment. Overall 2 stars due to location, outward facing doors, noise level from other guest and lack of sound proofing, and rude self centered staff.
