Beware of the business practices of this place. Paid a lot of money to get a full refurbishment (as agreed) on an arcade game – paint, stickers, cleaning, new parts – completely ripped off and the owner did nothing to make it right after I rejected the work the first time – avoid this place unless you want to be completely taken.

AWESOME! I can’t say enough about this place. I have been dealing with Chattanooga for over 5 years. They have been my go to place for my pinball and arcade game fetish.
I have bought several games from other vendors and the ones from here are always the cleanest.
I have them shipped thousands of miles so occasionally there is an issue when they arrive from a rough ride. They ALWAYS stand behind it and do everything they can to get it working right quickly.
DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY! THERE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE.
