Baskin-Robbins

Ok, this one gets the VOTE of 5 because the Baskin Robbins on Ringgold Rd was closed at 9:40 pm so we rushed over to this one and they were getting ready to close but the manager on duty let us in and let us order! If you check out the one on RINGGOLD RD got a low rating is that it was closed before posted closing times. We went on the internet and it said it closes at 10.00 pm and got there at 9:40 pm and it was already closed. Subway which was next door was still open. When a place says open until 10:00 pm be open at 9:45 so we drove over to the East Brainerd location got there at 9:59 and he was getting ready to lock the door and let us in to order. He knows what customer service is!!! ICE CREAM WAS AS ALWAYS GOOD!

I stopped in here with a friend the other weekend. The ice cream was very good, but the customer service really needed some work.
The place was clean, lots of clean tables both inside and out on the patio. The display cases were all brightly shining and clean as well.
Unfortunately, we weren’t greeted as we came in. There was only one employee working, and she was busy on the drive through. A couple minutes after we arrived another girl came in, headed straight to the back room and reappeared a few minutes later, in full uniform. She proceeded to help the person who was waiting in front of us. She rather quickly and robotically took care of the other customer and then gave us the same treatment.
I tried the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup ice cream on a waffle cone… the ice cream was pretty good, but the waffle cone wasn’t well constructed and was prone to falling apart. I finally gave up eating it as a normal ice cream cone and turned it on it’s side and ate it that way.
