No matter what time of day it’s still great service. Workers are great with large group quick to fix any issue. Drinks could be a tad stronger but I give five stars…

The best bartender /​waiter I have ever had if you are in the mall area go ask for Markale. Drink were good old fashioned lil to sweet but was promptly corrected

Well, we just had some drinks, but they were tasty. He made a very unique mimosa that was really tasty. They were attentive and the service was quick. Overall a very enjoyable experience. The bar is pretty cool too!

Excellent martinis! I had the ‘Smores and it was WONDERFUL.
The service staff was excellent, the servers were hopping, and even the manager was out keeping an eye on things and very often lending a hand in bussing tables or whatever needed doing.

You can never ever get fresh hot fries, tater tots, or anything that should be hot and fresh even if you specifically ask for hot fresh fries! They will always bring old cold fries and when questioned about this, their response is ALWAYS these just came up! I believe the servers are trained to say These just came up!!!
Not to mention, if you pay with cash and your bill is $ 10.06 and you give the server $ 20.00, you will not get any coins back she will keep your .96cents and just give you $ 9.

Love the atmosphere. It’s close to everything and they have a great gluten free menu. The drinks are delicious too.

The bartenders always makes the best s’mores martinis here! The food is always fabulous and the atmosphere is always great! this place.

Wow where to start we found this place on one of our mall visits and we go every chance we get. Husband will hang out there while I go and shop sometimes. Love the brunch with the ultimate bloody Mary’s. Flat breads are all good. Service is generally good. We are very generous tipper’s especially for great service.

This is my favorite bar in the area. The atmosphere is very chill/​yuppie ish. I would highly recommend the bruschetta and the chicken nachos!!!

When Bar Louie first opened, I thought it was a match made in heaven. They had fried chicken sandwich (my favorite food) and good adult beverages. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were awesome. But now since time has passed and they have gotten comfortable, they have slacked a little. Come on, Bar Louie bring back that spunk you had when you won us over when you first opened. The food is just okay now, but I only go for the drinks now, to be honest.

Horrible service and food even worse. Do not go there… bar tender recommend me to go to big river because their food was over date. I visited Thursday 10 September at 8pm… wow…

When they first opened a few years ago, I had met the owner and it was quite a hoping place. The food was awesome and they had live music every so often. I quit going about a year ago because I thought the service and food had gone down somewhat and it did not seem friendly anymore. I was there tonight and Sunday night with friends and it was much better. They have outside covered patio with a fireplace and they can also close in the patio if inclement weather. Inside has a large bar and lots of high top tables, regular tables and booths. It is at one of the Hamilton place entrances so easy in and out. They have about 12 selection of draught beer and a full bar. However, drinks are a little higher than most other places. However the happy hour 4 – 7 has really good selection of appetizers at a very good price and drinks are discounted. Also on Tuesday it is burger night and I believe burgers are like a dollar each. however by the time you add cheese, lettuce tomato, it runs closer to 5 dollars, which is still pretty good and I have had the burgers and they are very good.
I am going to try simplify my reviews because probably a little long at times so here goes:
Parking — At the Hamilton Place Mall so parking is not a problem; except during Christmas then parking and traffic can be a challenge.
Service — Was prompt and courteous
Food — Had boneless wings; once with buffalo sauce and once with barbeque. They give you a pretty good helping of small bite size chicken along with celery and carrot sticks. I suggest you try the flat beads because they are all tasty. We also had the fries and tater tots; tater tots were just like momma made (the frozen bag ones) and the fries are OK but nothing to write home about and are kind of bland.
It is a clean and friendly place with a good selection of food so I give it a 3+

Standard food. Nothing that will rock your world. I ordered the Pesto hummus and also a salad. I was hungry and it was lunch time. Not bad.

Nice ambiance. Very metro but casual. Nice outdoor area. There’s a fireplace, ceiling fans and TV’s galore. Pop music playing but not annoying. Martinis must be their forte.

Fine, but nothing special. The hostess and my waitress were very friendly and attentive. The food was fine but nothing great. The mango margarita was mediocre (although I must admit the waitress recommended the watermelon margarita, which I declined) and the California Chicken Club was pretty good. The tater tots were hot and crispy but a little too salty.
I thought the music was kind of odd, but I don’t spend much time in bars like this one, so maybe the playlist was normal. But here’s what I heard in one half hour… Iggy Azalea, Beastie Boys, Florida Georgia Line, Bruno Mars, and Strange Talk. I found it kind of obnoxious.
Anyway, I wouldn’t go again. But the service was good and Bar Louie is fine for what it offers.

This is one of my more frequented places in the Chattanooga area. I always sit at the bar and am greeted by friendly staff. It’s a welcoming atmosphere that is great for grabbing a bite to eat and a cool drink after a long day at work.
THE FOOD: I really love their menu. It’s fun and very well-​balanced with a variety of options. The Loaded Tots are AMAZING! The burgers are probably my favorite entrée to get here mostly because not a lot of places serve interesting and tasty burgers. The Stockyard Burger is my absolute favorite and is a must try!
THE DRINKS: The bartenders are definitely well-​trained and are very personable. The fact that I can get Stella Artois on draft is shocking considering not many places carry it in this area. Their beer taps have a good variety and it’s nice not to only have «bud light, michelob ultra, and coor’s light» as their draft options. Their cocktails are also very well prepared and delicious!
OVERALL: It’s a fun atmosphere with excellent food and drinks, and a wonderful staff. Great dining experience!

I was severely disappointed with this place. I ordered a glass of sangria that tasted like cherry medicine. I then tried another flavor but it didn’t taste much better. I then ordered a chicken plate and that was the worst chicken I had ever had. It was very dry and very hard. My boyfriend ordered chicken tortilla soup and he had the same issue with his pieces of chicken. The service was bad, the waitress disappeared and it was really slow! I don’t recommend this place at all.

Location attached to mall it’s really a great spot to hang out after shopping or work. Layout is very cool with bar in the middle, very large area and plenty of seating. Drinks can be pricy if your not there when they are running drink specials. They have daily specials, happy hour and others at time.
Huge beer selections and good bar food options. I am not a big fan of mall bars but this place is segregated easily and parking not bad most days except around Christmas. If your visiting the area you should check this out yourself.

We eat here about every other month. We normally enjoy the buffalo chicken flat bread. Tonight it was below average. Could not even taste the buffalo sauce. We also had the Luigi Sndwich It was average. The hoagie roll was broken in several pieces and the sandwich just fell apart. Not very good. We will probably be looking for a new place to eat when we visit. I forgot, the fries were good.
Staff was very nice. The food was just bad.

Bar Louie has become my Happy Hour hangout with my co-​workers. Love the drink specials and the appetizer specials. Last night was a tad disappointing though. There were 7 of us in our group and it was $ 5 beer bucket night, which is a great deal, meaning you get 5 beers for $ 5 or $ 1 a beer. I’m not a big beer person so I usually opt for the $ 5 martini special.
This time I had the Tickled Pink X-​Rated Fusion Liqueur, DeKuyper Peachtree, cranberry and orange juice. It was so yummy, I believe I had 4 or 5 of them. Soooooo tasty.
For appetizers we ordered the tempura shrimp, which was very good; the calamari, which was also good and tasty; the hummus plate, and here is where it starts to go wrong. Usually it’s very delicious. This time the pita bread was hard, and there was hardly any hummus… a very small portion. We also ordered the artichoke spinach dip. It was so bland. At the very least it needed some salt.
We all ordered dinner as well and I ordered the mac & cheese. Now I’ve had it here before as a side dish to a sandwich, this time I got the entrée portion. Just mac & cheese, no additions. I was very disappointed in it. It wasn’t very cheesy for a 4 cheese sauce, and I could literally taste the flour that made the base, meaning the sauce wasn’t cooked enough. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their entrée. Ranging from the seared ahi tuna, to voodoo chicken, to fish and chips. I hope this was just an off night and that the quality isn’t going down.
I will say the service is always great. Very friendly and helpful servers. Work on that mac & cheese and the appetizers, Bar Louie. I hate to change Happy Hour spots.
