Padded quote by quoting two shop hours for one hour job. Also did unauthorized work twice.

My car (in the rain at 9:30 p.m.) decided to get me the ten miles almost home from my job. But when I stopped at the convienence store 2 minutes from my house, the damn thing dies (or stalls?). I told the attendents at the store that I had to leave the vehicle overnight, left them my number. Husband told me Janda was good. I called and spoke with Jim. He was actually nice. As a chick, I am not used to nice auto dealers. Usually the are patronising or annoyed. I’m sure its my lack of term knowledge. Either way, Jim was nice and helpful. He quoted the max price of what sounded like the problem over the phone. He recommended a very reasonable tow company (Big Al’s), and called me when the the car was done. I had my car back the same day. Janda has the parts in house and the price was ¹⁄₃ of the quote. SO Great!!!
