There are several really great Starbucks in the Valley, and this is one of them. I go here often because it’s nearby, and, when I have company in from out of town, my company is always thrilled by walking to Starbucks. It’s a neighborhood Starbucks, and it’s a Starbucks on the main drag from north to south in the West Valley, so you never know who or what you’ll see in the line.(There have even been a few celebrity sightings here). But it’s mainly locals and regulars. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor, but, after the recent remodeling, the indoor seating area seems to have gone down the black hole. I usually get my fare to go, so not a big deal for me. But, as someone else mentioned, there is a bottleneck in the pick-up station. This is one reason I’m giving it a four stars. The other reason is the occasionally spotty service. Every once in a while, during the busy time, there are errors in communication in the food service area. Sometimes that’s okay, but not when it adds time to the morning rush, which is usually when I stop in. Whenever the A team is working, which is most of the time, this Starbucks is at the top of the list.

Used to come here often but they changed the staff and service became slow. One day i came in and i was waiting for my order and I was watching the barista fix my drink. She looked at me once, twice and third time she asked me to move because I was in the way. As if I was blocking the counter! I thought it was rude. I wasn’t sure if she was uneasy because I was watching. I didn’t see an issue since i’ve been going there for a long time and noone ever told me to that I was in the way. Ever since that day, I came less and less to this Starbucks. I wish they brought back the old baristas. They were much nicer than the staff now!

Great little starbucks. Fast and efficient employees. Good manager. I get regular coffee … but my kids get the Foo Foo drinks and love them.

Great Starbucks, quick and friendly. It’s small though, not the right place if you want to hang out. But other than that a great place to get Starbucks drinks.

I don’t mind admitting that I am not the hugest Starbucks fan and San Francisco offers such better options… but Starbucks ’ strength is that it is everywhere. And waking up in chatsworth needing coffee… Starbucks is there. But the highlight, and why I write the review, is that the person who helped us, Manny, was just the most welcoming, nicest person and made the experience great. Give this man a raise and if you are in chatsworth, make a trip to this Starbucks!

You might want to change the hours from 4:30 pm to 4:30 am for out of Towners. Also, I do not want to be called«Dude» three times within the thirty second window of ordering. I asked for the Oprah Chair tea latte… «What size dude» Oprah chai tea latte please(I had thought he didn’t hear me) «Yeah, what size dude» Oh, venti, sorry «What’s your name dude?» I guess you can just put dude… And he had the Gall to say your Oprah Chai teas ready… Dude The team didn’t say anything but retort with something under their breath when I said that was rude and I’d make sure to write a review about it…

I feel a bit awkward coming in here because it’s cramped and I always feel like I’m in someone’s way or that I am standing in the wrong place, etc. The coffee is still great and I like the free wifi feature. This probably isn’t a location to meet up with a friend, unless it’s a cool day and you can sit comfortably outside. The friendly staff makes up for it though, and it’s close to my house, can’t beat that.

THE worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Literally had a guy showering in the bathroom sink for 10 minutes, a line of 20 people out the door waiting for drinks AND I have never seen the floors get swept! It’s disgusting. How can they not have a health code violation by now?

Being that it’s the closest Starbucks I have no other choice than to go there whenever I need a fix! But they are always dead, not friendly at all! Thank God for the app to order ahead and don’t really have to interact with them anymore!

A small location in a small corner strip mall. If you’re in a rush, might be quicker to park on Topanga Canyon Blvd. than circling around the parking lot. Another thing that comes with the small location is not a lot of seating. If you’re looking to get some work done here, you might be out of luck. Or, just be ready to sit outside where it can be quite hot since you’re deep into the valley. Once inside, the employees are helpful and friendly. Just what you’d expect from a Starbucks.

I actually look forward to coming to this Starbucks! I’ve been going to the Starbucks near my house for years, pretty much ever since it opened, not once have I heard them greet me by name. Always a line and I’m never satisfied with what I order This Starbucks location, is the complete opposite. As soon as I walk, everybody greets me by name. Before I even get to the counter, they’ve already got my drink ready to go. Never any lines, always in and out in under 2 minutes. Clean, spacious. Not as many seating areas as other Starbucks I’ve been to, but I don’t really care about that since this a quick stop on my way to work. And for some reason, the drinks taste better here than they do at any other location, go figure.

The baristas at this location are my favorite in the valley. Yes it’s a smaller location but the staff is awesome. I always order complicated drinks and they’re very nice about it. How do people complain about the size of the location? Lol there’s a million Starbucks in the valley just go to a bigger one. This one is a nice small coffee spot.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees at this location are the most disrespectful and rude baristas I have ever met. I am used to walking into a Starbucks and being greeted with smiles and hellos. However, on THREE different occasions these employees have rolled their eyes at me and have shown their obvious irritation of being at work.

Good for the most part. never any seating, but that’s just a reason not to sit at starbucks. so I guess it’s okay. Employees are usually pretty nice, considering they have to deal with cranky customers in the morning. Once tried to buy one of those bottled juices to save money, but it turned out being $ 6… that’s not the location’s fault, but come on Starbucks! I can get a Jamba juice for cheaper haha. But all in all, a good place.

All in all a decent Starbucks locations but today we got sold a very expensive glass of ice. I got a ginger ale but the glass was about 60% ice. Fail Starbucks, FAIL

The staff is nice enough. They also got my drink right. But, this Starbucks is too small and it’s rather rundown. There is only one restroom. There is not enough seating for the number of customers they have. The tables and stools are very shabby. You’d think Starbucks could afford furniture that isn’t rundown.

I’ve never had an issue at this location, which is close to my home. Downside it is fairly small inside, so grab your drink and run!

Typical starbucks. It was pretty crowded but they got through all the customers pretty quickly. It’s really small so they don’t have very many tables(just 3 high top 2 person tables and 1 low 4 person table). What I didn’t like was that all the tables were dirty. I guess it’s more important to get the customers orders filled than keep the tables clean but it. There is some out door seating, but there are only 4 two person tables. So if you want to use Starbucks for what it was branded to be(a chill sit down and relax kinda place) this is NOT the one to go to. But if you want to be In and out then this one is for you. Parking: the parking is shared with a lot of other stores in the strip so it could be limited.

Starbucks is pretty much always Starbucks, right? So what you get to eat and drink is tough to review for a single location. It is… well, Starbucks. But this one in particular isn’t one of the best. Outdoor seating isn’t so great, it is small, and parking here kinda sucks, since it is in a crowded strip mall. So to sum it up, if you are running in to grab something and heading straight back to the car, this one is fine, especially if someone is waiting in the car and doesn’t have to park. But this would not be my choice for a place to go, sit down and unwind by any means.
