We refinanced a year and half ago and Daniel was as helpful as could be. We were in Florida for our daughter’s wedding and he sent someone out with all the paperwork while we were there so we could lock in a low rate before it changed. Great customer service and we are looking to refinance or purchase again this year. We will be coming back for sure!

We have worked with Daniel at First American Wholesale Lending twice now for refinances on our house. He was awesome both times, always available to answer questions, even on the weekends. His follow-​through is excellent, and the second time, we never even came in to the office, did the entire process via phone and email. And he had the best deal that we found!

I had a very easy and educational experience with my loan process. The actual process of getting a home loan is very annoying in general– paperwork, signatures, reading all the fine print etc but there are hoops everyone has to jump through in order to get a loan. I worked with Peter and Daniel and they made it as painless as possible for me. The thing I appreciated most was that they EXPLAINED everything to me. I was cc’d on emails and was kept in the loop almost every day with the status of my loan. I had some issues with my credit and they helped me take steps to cleaning up my portfolio.
The Escrow company, the lender and the HOA all had problems with each other but my people at First American got me through each hurdle.
At the end of the day they made my home purchase happen and we closed escrow way before i had anticipated. They are reliable and knowledgable and didnt waste my time.

We worked with John K. He really keeps in touch through the process both during purchase and re-​fi. He is detail oriented and always does what he says he will. A hard trait to find any more. The cost of things on our end was always spelled out and correct. He answered all questions as well. Never worked with a finance person who has goals set for us before! He is efficient and savvy. Recommend!

I was very pleased with my experience in refinancing my home with them. They were very knowledgeable and patient in explaining to me the step by step process. I have referred several of my friends. Daniel and their staff were great.

Slow, confusing and no results.
I was working with Daneil for two months, paid for appraisal and had to move to other company to do the same refi.
All paperwork was delayed. Subordination of the 2^nd come late. Lender asked to pay 1% or higher interest rate. I decided not to sail same sinking boat.
Most astonishing that Daneil blamed Banks, Lenders and me. I was all our fault, not his.
He did not reimbursed me for appraisal — I lost $ 430.
So, I would recommend to be broker for yourself — safer.
