Michelle is great! She does a nice job on my daughters eyebrows! She also does excellent nails! She is really nice and personable!

Michelle does thee best nails she always gets me in and out, I hate waiting and she’s so fast and so funny i always have a great time with her when ever I come here!!!

It looks like I need a new fill, and it has been a couple of days. I got my cuticles cut before the nails were added, and I got these done recently. It sucks because the shape is so pretty and the technician was so nice!

I went here about a month ago to get a pedicure and the removal of my acrylics. This was my first time going to this salon and wanted to check this place out since it was close to work. Upon arriving, I noticed they didn’t use plastic on their pedicure tubs. My usual spot always used disposal plastic and performed proper sanitation with their equipment including their pedicure tubs. I didn’t see them use proper sanitation after someone leaves the chair and that worried me as I was getting my pedicure done.
As I was getting my acrylic removed by a young lady there, she soaked my nails in acetone then proceeded with the removal by using the drill. I’ve never had this done in the past so I don’t know if this is the right process on removing the acrylic. Anyway, she repeated the process over & over again, slowly shaving down the acrylic until she got to my natural nail. That was the most unsettling pain I’ve ever experienced. I yelled that it hurt and she moved on to the next nail. Long story short, I had 3 – 4 nails that are brittle ever since and still in the process of growing it out so it is back to normal

I love Lily… I just wish she worked somewhere else. I’ve been her client for over 6 months going in every 2 weeks for a VIP treatment! I always get amazing service from her and a wonderful spa treatment. My issue is with the owner, Danny. I took my bff for a treat after shoulder surgery. She got a wicked fungal infection… 2 rounds of anti biopics and she’s now on a potentially liver damaging anti fungal drug! Danny was rude and dismissive. Telling her she couldn’t prove it was from there and she only wanted money!!! She didn’t ask for a dime. She simply wanted to notify him so no one else would get sick.
I can not support a business where the owner has such a low opinion of his clients. Bummer. I love Lily. I will miss her dearly!

So far they do my nails the way I like them, no questions asked. I asked for «Green Bay nails» and showed them the logo, and they copied it perfectly in time for my game! They even offer you beverages while you’re waiting. The girls all speak English which is huge to me because I like to communicate with my manicurist… they also have the spa pedicures which I love, but the last one was a little off… she didn’t massage as well as others but I’m willing to give her a 2^nd chance cause they’re so nice! The prices are also about average, usually less than I’ve paid in the past if I don’t get spoiled.

Great costumer service! It’s such a nice place to come relax and get pampered. They do a great job, they all take their time and are gentle. I definitely recommend this nail lounge.
