These guys are great! Very helpful and helped me find out what I wanted in no time flat! No extra cost to install all the extras with the new bike. Best of all, the bikes are very reasonably priced.

Beware of this shop. Gave me a fake 100 dollar bill and when I came back with cops, the employee who handed me 2 semi new 100s told the cops he gave me the brand new 100s with the strip when it wasn’t true. Bad business and I lost 100 dollars that day. The counterfeit had the watermarks and the strip but I didn’t notice the peeling of the 2 papers on one of the edges cause I was in a hurry and have done this before so I trusted this business. Beware of this shop

Those guys are awesome. I called about possibly ordering a part for my specialized floor pump. Brian answered the phone and was so helpful he checked his stock so I would not have to wait. They had one in stock and he even installed it for me. Great customer service.

Great Manager and employees who are very cordial, know what they are doing and charge fair prices and do timely work. They won’t try to oversell you and they’ve done numerous repairs for me over the years, added a basket for me, sold me bike lights, helmets, etc. Can’t say enough good things about them!

My husband brought his bike in for repairs. The gentleman that helped us is amazing. I am a liitle embarrassed that I dont know his name. But my husband gave him a cane that he made.
We are extremely grateful for the service that we received. He also invited my husband to join him and his group on their weekend morning ride.

Bought a cheapo beach cruiser from Sears and, when it arrived, it was missing several of the nuts and bolts… typical of Sears but still a bummer. Called Cycle World, explained the situation… they charged a mere $ 30 to provide the missing pieces and assemble it correctly. They called me the very next day saying to come get it. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their service and their polite, professional manner. It’s nice to deal with a local merchant who really seems to care about how they present themselves to the public.

Best Bike Shop! There are 5 bike shops in my area, I’d rather travel 20 miles to get my bike serviced by Cycle World. Very knowledgeable Techs and friendly too.

When we started riding our bikes longer distances last year, we were lucky enough to ride past Cycle World when we needed a quick repair. The guys on staff are knowledgeable, patient and great conversationalists on top of being good at what they do. We travel further when we need a repair just to go to them. I know when I leave the shop that my bike is safe to ride and I never feel overcharged or that I have been mistreated as a customer, which is incredibly refreshing.

Frank is a solid and knowledgeable tech and appreciates my frustration with all the nasty spikes that mess up your tires and tubes. Always tries to guide me with through what is the best thing to buy or replace or fix. Takes me right away with things that can be handled in a short period of time but if needs to order parts jumps on it.
Blessed to have them within riding or if necessary walking distance from my house to get there.

I love Cycle World! Best place to test bikes out and buy gear. Our family has been riding for 3 years now and we have been loyal customers. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have visited both locations (other on reseda) and always had a great experience. The work on our bikes have always been spot on. Awesome staff and products! Highly recommend this place to my friends!

This is a good bike shop period. I trust them with my expensive bikes. I had my mountain and road bikes serviced here and I have received excellent service every time. One time they even handled a warranty claim on a wheel that I purchased from an online retailer, not them. Many shops will frown upon this but they handled it no problem. Really impressed. The only downside is that it’s not a «I have a problem with my bike and need it back tomorrow» kind of shop. They are busy so expect a 3 to 5 day wait for your bike back if it is having any major issue.
Anyways, it was a sad day for me when the Bicycle Den closed down in Granada Hills in early 2014 because they were my go to bike shop and I got along really well with the people there, but I believe I found my new local bike shop in Cycle World Chatsworth.

Best shop ever! Rode by on my bike with a flat tire after they closed and knocked on their window, they open just for me and fixed my tire! Love them!!!

Really solid shop. Great guys workin there willing to help you out right there on the spot. Came in today to have my rear shock pumped up and sag adjusted and they handled it right away. Went out to the trail, broke my chain first mile in and came back immediately to have a new chain put on. They took care of me again right away… mind you they’ve got a shop full of repairs on their hands too. Thanks guys! Let’s ride!
