dont ask the manger to do anything about anything. She wants nothing to do with problems in the park unless it affects her directly. The manger is a Nazi. I been living here for long time a senior, this manger is the worst and watch out if you get on her bad side. The whole pet restrictions is her not the owners decision. I know the owners. Many of the people I see at my work from here are afraid to say something cause I work at a neighbor store. My family is looking for better place to move to.

They just passed a no pet rule in the park. This was done because someone in the park, or a few someone’s just refused to obey the rules. Rule 1. pick up after your dog, no one likes to pull out of their driveway and have to roll over dog crap or worse step in it. Rule 2. keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside. rule 3. Don’t allow your dog to keep barking constantly, teach them a cease barking word. Yes dogs are supposed to warn us of impending danger, stranger or passer-by but not for three hours! I once trained Rottweilers and I know it is possible to stop a dog from barking with just one word. it just takes training, and if your lazy don’t own pets, like kids they take work and training and most of all love. I didn’t move into this park with this new rule in place 17 yrs. ago and I resent the rule. Most people buy homes to have children and pets, it’s the freedom of having a home. Now my home may not sell because of this rule. The people who caused the problem should have had to have the consequence, not the entire park. The worse part of it, the rule does not say no more dogs it says all pets!!! So no fish, cats, hamsters, birds big or small, and in a world where animals need homes as much as people this is a cruel blow. So if the children in the park make problems will it become a no children park, soon a no people park. I think the owner needs to learn how to delegate problem solving in a better way. This is not except able and may cause a NOSALE on most homes. If you are a legal counselor I wish you would address the park residents on how to fight this problem. Perhaps give us some feed-back. Thank you, I consider this park an unfriendly park to live in, it was once a nice park.

Prior to making an offer on a home in this park I read the review posted below. I had high hopes that things might have changed, and I moved forward with the buying process. I then met Melody the on site manager. After a short conversation with her I realized this was the same lady others were complaining about. I attempted to get an application to live in this park and was met with this ladies appalling personality. She started out by listing her demands for documentation, followed with a head to toe body check with her eyes as she smugly said«I need to make sure you can pay the rent». After gathering every iota of strength to keep the smile on my face, she then hits me with«if you have pets you cannot apply»…though the park currently houses pets. As I acknowledged I do have pets, she proceeded to snatch the application from me and say«I’ll take that, you can’t apply.» The only way to properly describe her is that of the soup nazi on Seinfeld. Although this park is quiet and maintained, and there are laws regarding having pets in mobile parks, I’m going to dodge this bullet and buy elsewhere. This lady will not only hinder any chance of people buying here, she would also be the thorn in the side of the any selling party. All in all this place isn’t worth the chances of harassment from this manager. No thanks.
